My sister in law is visiting and she cooked chili with cornbread. Awsome.

I miss ajiaco and Hamburguesas del Corral (they had put one one mile from my house but it closed)..

big foodie here :) but one doesn't have to be a chef (or married to one) to enjoy the great taste of good food.. Fresh, seasonal, simple ingredients will always trump greasy, processed crap. I used to cook some great rice and beans until my wife just killed it with her recipes... now I just watch and eat....and so do my kids.

Well Mexico is known for having some real great produce and spices. There seafood and soups are phenomenal. A good lobster bisque can taste great as long as it's not too heavy (made with cream). And Sushi has to be tried going to a real sushi chef that is picking the right type of fish and has the cutlery skill to make it exquisite.

Funny you mention it. I asked my wife but she said they wouldn't ship well :(
The key is to have them cooked right not just frozen although I happens to hunk when she's frozen some they still taste damn good!

I actually haven't, but I had a tilapia taco and that was disgusting lol.

Beyond disgusting, and the place was rated highly by the locals.

Having the two craziest members on this board cook? Are you suicididal?!?!

La comida española a mi me tenia muy feliz

por sus precios y lo generosa.

Siempre que iba a pedir una cerveza en un bar me venia acompaña de comida gratis(por cada cerveza) y de esta calidad:
