#FUERACHAVEZ was released and is on the way to Asuncion where the main CONMEBOL offices are located. Those offices are like an embassy.

Paraguayan diputados passed a law yesterday to take away the diplomatic status conmebol had, the senators are suppose to vote on it soon and after that Paraguay is going to start an investigation on them

He'll go, but not under any committee's work--it will be the FBI.

This is good news for our federation and country! so now that he's been arrested, will there be a process and what will happen to him. the NT players backed Soria as coach for some reason.

My guess is Bolivia send him to either Swizterland or USA to face charges that most likely have him connected somehow.

The funny part is that he's arrested for a game that was supposed to be a fund raiser for the Kid that died in in Oruro, Kevin Beltran. In other words all the $h#t he's done to our team over the years and finally stealing caught up to him but this time a kid whom the game was supposed to honor and help his family.
This guy is a snake in the grass I would't be surprised if he slithers out and then still tries to run our team to the ground. I hope he is taken far away from our federation and put behind bars.

I saw the letter that the FBF is trying to send FIFA/CONMEBOL to help chavez or at the very least screw Bolivian footie because the state is getting involved with football.

I doubt they try to bring the hammer down on our football as a result....

I hardly doubt FIFA would do anything. They got worse things to worry about atm. Also there is no intervention from the government to FBF, the government is not trying to impose anything on FBF (delegates or rules). Bolivian citizens are being accused of serious allegations, the fact they work for FBF doesn't shield them from the law, and that is what the government would say to FIFA IMO.

I agree. Furthermore, FIFA would open Pandora's box because then they would set a precedent and would have to mess w Switzerland and USA which I highly doubt that they would do!

Everybody knew this was happening, hopefully now the government keeps closer attention to avoid it in the future.
