WSo Cincotta back to his club in Deutschland, I hope he gets permission to play the Gold Cup, cause we really need him. We need to start getting our sh#t together or we'll get our butts kick in Gold Cup. When we play USA, that's where we should have our best team including Galindo, Da Silva or Padilla, and why not Henry Lopez, we need fast forwards

    Listen to the audio.

After listening to it I like Sopegno even more. First Guate DT who's really criticized the public and the media. He's the first to try and make changes to put the NT above the league. Shows he has love for the team and wants them to do well.

More importantly he wants them to believe in themselves. Much respect.

Dude what... Copa Oro is a FIFA sanctioned tournament.. Whether he gets called up or not, his club has no say.

Rumor has it that Sopegno came, or is coming to the US to watch and talk with Jonathan Top and Cristian Roldan to join the NT.

Well Popol, let's see, some used to say that about Cincotta , and look where he got us. The reality is that our league players don't have the skill or the fitness that these guys have that play abroad. I'm glad Sopegno is doing something to get the best players for our Sele

They're both brought up through US soccer academies and MLS team academies. Meaning they should be faster and more gas in the tank than most of our league players.

Look at the difference in play from Cincotta, Mo, Galindo. Compare them to our inter league guys. Its a big difference and it shows on the field.

Roldan is a good defender and attacker, good eye for the field too. Top looks like he has speed and good touch in attack

And now with Avila that more likely be suspended, Sopegno is going to need someone for that position, cause I'm telling you guys if the team that played Bermuda is the same one when we play Mexico, is going to be a massacre. So I think that's why Sopegno is moving quickly to get new players

It's a first call up, think he's trying out players again. Motta IS NOT our starter.

Well Sopegno got back from his USA trip, he talked to Jonathan Top from Texas University, and he's interested in playing for Guatemala, on the other hand Cristian Roldan is not interested in playing for Guatemala, looks like he's waiting to be called by USA, which honestly don't see that happening, mulaaa.

Also, looks like all of our players that play abroad won't get called because of not being a FIFA date for the Gold Cup. Which really sucks because Sopegno already turned in his list with 32 players which does include Alejandro Galindo and Stefano Cincotta. I think Sopegno is more interested in WCQ to Russia then this tournament which let's be honest, Guatemala is not going to do so well.
