A good player who can help the NT is a good player- and I don't care what club they represent or used to.

and Bernardo Silva is clearly a great talent, probably the best to come out of your club since Rui Costa. It is good that he left because Jardim is allowing him to grow.

he also made L'Equipe's team of the week for Ligue 1.

I can see Arsene Wenger being all over him in the summer.

If they had not bought Ozil it would be more of a chance even if he has hardly performed from what I have heard.

Good play with Moutinho below right at the beginning and ran back to get a good tactical yellow on a Juve break.

BTW that Pirlo free kick is class.

    Ratings against Juventus tonight.

    Bernardo Silva – 7.5

A very dainty player who is making his name in Europe tonight. Lovely technical ability and by far Monaco’s most dangerous player, he just did not shoot enough.

    Bernardo Silva - 7/10

Bernardo Silva justified his selection with a lively performance. He looked a livewire for most parts of the game. He was involved in most of the attacks Monaco managed and was a constant thorn for Juve defenders.

    Bernardo Silva – 6 – Promising

Combined well with Fabinho and Carrasco to overload Juventus on the wings, almost producing a goal in the 15th minute. Sporadic jinking runs gave Evra and Bonucci something to think about.

He's all class, took a leap over Lopes in the development pool. All about opportunity.

    8. 3 May 2015 Monaco vs Toulouse

5 in the last 4 league games. Next weekend it is Marseille vs Monaco, very important for Monaco's CL ambitions next year if they win then they are almost there. A draw could bring Saint-Étienne back in the contention if they win (Monaco are right now 5 ahead of both).

Lopes has been lille best player when fit and is a year younger than Bernardo. On a side note they are good friends

Bernardo had a great chance to make it 6 in the last 5 games at the end of the first half and take Monaco 2-0 up away against Marseille, unfortunately he hit the post. It was a turning point as Marseille came back with two late goals to win 2-1. Although there were important defensive mistakes especially in the first Marseille goal. Monaco are now just 2 points ahead of both Marseille and Saint-Étienne with two games to go. They have a home game against Metz (second last) but have to travel away to Lorient ( Guerreiro) for the last game which they probably have to win. If they had drawn this game they would only have needed a win and a draw.
