well lol to whoever says that I guess And France was the host in 1998, and Japan was the host in 2002, etc. Home soil *is* still a small advantage, but the world cup is a stacked competition, of course. If we meet Australia I still expect hell
Well, we're far better than 2011. Kawashima has grown, same for Yoshida and Nagatomo. Plus you have Ota as back-up and no Inoha. Hasebe is more expert than 2011, you have a good Gaku Shibasaki on the bench and not the young Hosogai. Okazaki has become a beast, plus you have Toyoda on the bench. The only two who are slightly got worse than 4 years ago are Endo and Kagawa. But they're sure better than their collegues. But especially: opponents are a lot worst than 2011. Between the favourites for the title, only Iran got better than 4 years ago.
Shibasaki back with the team, appears to have lost a bit of weight. Toyoda also went down with the flu.
I know that it's a bit off topic but there's some red alert for the Palestine match after Paris events? The same goes for other arabic country teams.
??? we have an ok relationship with muslims. japan is a peaceful country where people don't confuse freedom of speech and freedom to insult.
I wasn't talking about Japan, I was talking about a muslim country involved in an international stage event with a lot of people at the stadium. And Australia is not new to terrorist attack and the like. However if there's no reason to be worried I'm fine with that, thanks.
Your sarcasm detector seems to have malfunctioned. So I wonder who gets to decide what's insulting and what isn't.
guys, please let's not open this Pandora vase here. teioh, let's hope nothing happens, okay? I don't think anything will happen, thankfully.
To be honest there is no real difference from one month ago. In the end it depends on whether the JFA wants to wait for a first verdict to be reached or not
To be fair this is going to be released today : The JFA president had really blurry declarations about "measures" they're going to take after the Asian Cup, it's looking worse and worse for him. There's apparently a serious case out there and as it is the first match fixing case in Spanish football, I'm guessing they won't let it go easily. I pray the mighty gods he won't be succeeded by Teguramori.
Same things JFA said in a while anyway. We all know that it is serious, you can even find the prosecutors documents on the web which explain that he received money via bank transfer.
yeah bro which is why, with the support of newly written articles and a japanese newspaper cover, I think it's newsworthy. It's a really bad situation because I don't see who could take over after him. What would be your choice Dax ?
Right, but let's assume Aguirre wins the asian cup. What will the JFA do? I don't think it's definitive words (yet) but don't worry, I'm going to be announced as the next coach in 15 days. anyway I would just search a good foreigner from scratch. Don't know who's free right now
