Asi es amigo. El programa de los Metrostars/RedBulls de New York "Solo Futbol ", reporto que el contrato de Tin Delgado con el Metrostars en casi un hecho. En cualquier momento se puede revelar su fichaje.

I've checked all my ecua sources and non of them said anything about Tin going to the MetroSRUBS,.....opps I mean the RedBulls.:p I did see however that El Tin might go to Sporting Cristal de Peru.

    attention

The move is not going to happen this year since Tin Delgado is still under contract with his current team until december, 2006. So, the move might happen for the next futbol season.

Wow, I hope this happens. El Tin would make a great addition to our squad and we have many Ecuadorian fans in New Jersey who will come to support him with the Red Bulls.

top tin goles for me are:
1.gol against Peru in the last min.2002 (that goal was f ing insane, wow, never heard so many golhjueput@s in my life,so many pissed off Peruvians.
2.goal against Brazil 2002,really should be shared by Aguinaga who starts the play, passes it to Kaviedes who takes on 3 defenders and kicks it to right side of post and Tin pushes it in.EPIC.
    3.goal against Poland in Germany.
4, goal against Costa Rica in Germany

I think the thing about that goal is because for so many years we were used to guys like Tanque Hurtado who would have choked under the pressure of that moment and sent the ball into the crowd. I also remember being happy with the tie, because 1 point was acceptable away against Peru. Peru also needed the win to keep their chances alive.

When that play happened, I guarantee you nobody watching on TV or in the stadium thought that Tin was going to fake the keeper and go around him. It was as cool, brilliant and devastating a finish as I've ever seen in a moment of such importance. It also gave us 3 points instead of 1, which allowed us to play the final 3 matches without relying on other results.

I would pay to bottle up the emotions I felt in that moment and live them again. All I remember was getting really smashed that night ;)

True, that was a brilliant display of coolness under pressure,as I watched that long pass and Tin running with it I had a feeling he would score but not in the way he did.all the bars on Rooselvelt were full for that game and wouldnt let anybody in .I had to find a Club on Northern that was playing it ,half Ecuadoreans ,half Peruvians in there ,most of them talking smack till that goal that silenced the stadium and half of the club, the rest is a blur.;)
