Santos is on fire, winning their last 5 games and looking much better offensively. As for Xolos, it's been a forgettable start to their season. They only average about a goal per game, but defensively, they are still top-notch, which explains why most of their games have ended in deadlocks. Estadio Caliente is always a tough place to play, but we went into Monterrey and took care of business against a far better side. I feel pretty confident about tonight.

Chuleta still starting though...feels like the way hes been getting chances to score he just needs one to kick on and start scoring regularly. Rather Ranteria or Djaniny lead the line though.

What a weird-ass lineup we're using. Where the Hell is Renteria? Agreed on Chuleta. I'd also rather see Ribair starting instead of Salinas.

I'm getting a different lineup on the OneFootball app. A 4-2-3-1 with Escoboza on the left wing. Hmm..

S***. Hope Darwin is OK. Penalty for Santos. EDIT: Never mind, JPR is back in, and he scores. 1 - 1

Man, this is some sh*t. Santos was red hot while Xolos had been struggling to score all season, and have only won a single game at home. The score is reversed. This always seems to happen to us. We squandered a perfect opportunity to set ourselves up for first place.

Benedetto was unplayable. Not worried thought we'll be fine.

Wth happened to Ribair? I completely forgot he was even on our team until today. I liked him more than Salinas but haven't seen him get any playing time this season

Ribair was injured at the start of the season giving Salinas a chance to usurp his starting position. He's been there ever since, unfortunately.

Yeah, Benedetto was playing like Roberto Baggio. What got in to him? Guess he knows he's gotta step up against the best. This fluke victory by Xolos is going to destroy our solid defensive stats, lol.
