oh crzd, you are not yelling. GO yell in the Man U thread they are talking crap about our guy Cuadrado. Your yelling can be useful and funny ,
Well he officially stated that he's retiring from the national team... thanks for everything captain.
Looks like he is retiring in his career to become part of the NT staff http://www.goal.com/es-co/news/4583...e-del-cuerpo-técnico-de-colombia?ICID=HP_HN_1 Awesome if true.
he hasn't coached in 4 years..... Who do you want Osorio as our U20 coach? Id like Alexis Garcia as he does well with youth players or a coach from the youth teams of Dept Cali or Envigado
Tocalli ....... pekerman didnt coach for 6 years before colombia..... which youth players?? .....honestly i remember him shining with roberto polo (30), motta (that never was so young), araujo, cosme, carpintero, breiner belacanzar.. ....and now he is using like bedoya and tressor....
Parece que a Yepes le salieron dos nuevas opciones, una de Europa y otra de CASLA. Hay que tener algo especial, para que a los 38 años clubes te pidan que no te retires...
I don't know if Yepes would do well on Arsenal. Maybe if he only played in the Champions League he could be solid. But starting in both Premiere League matches and Champions League matches at his age just does not seem like something he can do anymore.
He is going as a experienced back up no way is he going to be a starter there but Played In one of the top 3 teams in France, Italy, South America and England Not a bad career. Maybe at 40 he can go to Real or Atletico
IT would be better if he went to a team where he can still play the majority of the games. Like River or Cali but hey, whatever he and his agent think is best.
No more NT for him let him win money and lift a decent trophy. River could just f up Balantas development. Him playing 1x a week and learning from Wenger can only do him good if he really does want to be a coach in the future
Or he could help Balanta's development playing next to him. Or Help Cali go on a deep run in the Sudamericana or whatever. There are many things that can happen.
It'd be awesome if he goes to Arsenal. He would be used only as cover and won't be relied upon to play every game but will be an insurance policy. At this stage in his career I think it would be a good move, he can learn from Wenger as a coach and is a great leader to have on your team and in the locker room. Yepes playing a few games at a high level is a good result for him, Arsenal will have lots of games and at 38 I'd think not having to be relied upon for every game is ideal, he should have time to let his body recover and not have to go through the rigors of a full season especially after a world cup this summer.
I dont care if he eats bench... retiring at Arsenal that's pretty cool if you ask me but.... (Insert Jay Luis Frog drinking tea here)
