Frankly, I could see JK claiming that he could tell LDs heart wasn't in it by his play for the Galaxy prior to the WC camp. I wish I could argue against that, but I really can't. FWIW, this also fits the notion that JK picked his 23 before camp. I still disagree with JK's decision to leave LD at home.
I really hope what he says is true, he's looked great the past couple of games, and now we learn they were both after he'd made his decision to retire.
