http://www.barcablaugranes.com/2014...4-adriano-sidelined-for-4-to-6-weeks#comments Read every comment here, but let me warn you there is some dark DARK stuff going in there. Stuff like Kroos isn't even close to being Rakatic level, to Cristiano Ronaldo being not better than Giroud and that we have all been fooled to thinking he is good. I mean the sh*t is literally spewing from their mouth they can't even hide the panic.
I just don't want to see Kroos or Modric playing in holding position. It would be frustrating....anti football like. With Di Maria we were incredibly dangerous on the counter, but with Kroos, who is composed and Modric who can also play slower, we will have more control for a change. Kroos will probably play more centrally and Modric will have more freedom to dribble and penetrate. On paper it looks like a perfect combination for 3 man midfield.
this isn't news. rm are the biggest club in the world. the rest of the clubs feed off of scraps we throw out.
You excited to play with Khedira? "Sami told me great things about Real Madrid but I don't know what will happen in the future - that's between him and the club." Hmmm. He did a nice job in the presser (assuming the translation was on point).
If we are going to be fair in our criticism of the press, some of the pundits we invite to RMTV are way over the top in their gushing - quit it already!! If we sign James they are going to drop their pants and knock one out on air.
I have the ultimate solution to the James dilemma: Varane - Pepe - Ramos ------Xabi Kroos - Modric -----James Bale - Benz - Ronaldo
A majority of the Bayern fans in Munich wish him the best and regret the decision. The people i know have responded great to it. We gave Bayern Robben after all, favourable transfers go both ways.
Oh yea, on the sbnation version of the Bayern boards they are being very respectful and they are all very sad to see him go.
I've mentioned before that he isn't a player that excites me, but I must say watching him in the WC gave me a better appreciation of his skills. Plus, not everyone has to have a big personality, we have plenty to go around at RM. Now let's see how he is deployed. Hope he excels. Looks like our long standing midfield problems may be getting sorted out.
Even the fact that some Bayern fans think that Kroos should consider Bayern his "home" is ridiculous.
If you can't stop them from teabagging you repeatedly for 180 minutes, join them... Wise decision, Toni.
Xabi vs Toni : CL 13/14 1146 - Toni Kroos is the player with the most passes attempted in the 2013/14 Champions League (94%). Kroos: Messi and the World Cup Golden Ball? Personal recognition is useless compared to world champions. "I know about the demands & goals of this club. You have to win titles & I'm the right man for that."
