No Thomas Müller? I would also find a way to slip Bryan Ruiz, Valbuena, and Guillermo Ochoa in there somewhere. Maybe even Julio Cesar.

    1. James Rodriguez
    2. Thomas Müller
    3. Lionel Messi
    4. Arjen Robben
    5. Le petit vélo
    6. Karim Benzema
    7. Juan Cuadrado
    8. Bryan Ruiz
    9. Manuel Neuer
    10. Guillermo Ochoa/Cesar
I love that Shaqiri is getting some respect. He is going to be fantastic in a few more years.

Yeah, these are also some great players that you have mentioned. I agree with you about Shaqiri, he will sure have an important role in Bayern in a few years. Maybe he will become a top player?

Dempsey is getting up there in age, and he didn't have that great of a tournament, Jones was better than him on his own team.

Then you left out Neymar, Muller, Campbell and Balotelli. Not sure why you would leave those out, I got a feeling 4 years from now they'll still be making a lot more noise on the pitch than pretty much all on that list.

Yeah, you are right, but I see that it is hard to select the top 10, isn't it?

Benzema, pogba and dempsey to me are the least likely to make a huge impact, followed by cuadrado and guardado.

I can't see an American non argies / Brazilians S American , and black Frenchman as top players in Europe in the midfield.

Benzema I just don't think he's that good

If Yaya was a white englishman spaniard Frenchman or German he would be considered top 3 in the world.

Okay, maybe Dempsey is not so good and Pogba didn't show all his skills in this world cup, but Benzema, I think he is very good, at club and also in country! Yaya is also good yes, for me too!

If Dempsey were a white englishman he'd have moved to Chelsea instead of Spurs o_O
My top 10 would be Rodriguez, Navas, Mueller, Neymar, Jones, Messi, Shaquiri, Benzema, RVP, Ochoa

The Nigerian midfielder that had his leg broken, because he outplayed the hyped up French squad.

How Joel Campbell hasn't been mentioned yet THOMAS MULLER is on everyones list. The guy has looked like a shadow of himself compared to 2010 and you guys are calling him great lol

Joel Campbell basically carried Costa Rica through the group stage. Wow what a joke Thomas Muller

    A penalty
    A defensive error
    A sitter
A perfect random rebound to the top of the box. Probably the only one where he had to work to place the shot. He's good because of the team that plays behind him, he's no Joel Campbell though.
