Don't y'all think it would have been better to give a canterano a chance?. Find the next Horrible, perdón, the next Hermoso Peralta from the cantera?. Abellita and Ceballos have been integrated into the first team quite good. Gael Sandoval and Sergio Tejera are two good prospects, then there's also Lacayo. But oh well. Just sayin'

As far as senior strikers right now we literally just have Chuleta and thats it. We needed to bring someone in.

Caixinha has already talked about Locato, Sandoval, Tejera, Peu, etc starting to get incorporated into the first team and getting some minutes. They will be brought along slowly. In fact if we dont bring in a foreign keeper the last foreigner spot will be given to Peu.
    ...

Its also funny seeing so many people shit on the signing already. Not even a minute with the team and hes already a petardo mega tronco lmfao. At least like, wait until the guy plays at least one game. Its not like we have a bad record taking in unknownish guys and having them turn out well.

I'm not calling him a tronco because I've never seen him play. It's best to wait and see. But I think that position is well covered with the científico,Rentería and Chuleta. Tejera is looking good. He´s been scoring on a regular basis for the U20´s. I hope Caixinha grants him opportunities.

Peter Iphone was grinning from ear to ear. He's quite pleased with the transaction, lol. This offseason has been intriguing. Now that our WC is over, I can't wait for the season to start. A good Santos campaign is the perfect medicine for WC heartbreak.

Not talking about you, just comments ive seen on other websites. Darwin is best suited on the wing or midfield, Ranteria is gonna be needed on the wings as it seems like Escoboza might start being used as a cm, and Chuleta is just ok. Tejera is young he will get chances.

    Merry Christmas, guys!

Enjoy a video by our prez, Alejandro Irarragorri, in which he talks about the untapped potential of the Mexican market. Lots to look forward to in the coming years. Interesting to note that Santos Laguna is now valued at around $450 million. That would easily place us near the top among the richest clubs in the Americas.
