Bradley was the worst player on the field times 10.
Jones was awesome. He was definitely man of the match.

I think Bradley needs to be on the bench against Portugal. He is a massive liability right now.

That's reasonable. What is not reasonable, is giving JK 0 credit for beating Ghana for our first time ever in the world cup! WTF people, I can't believe the shit I'm reading here.

It is clear you don't like Jk, so spin the narrative all you want. WE WON, and that is all that ********ing matters

People who don't like JK will want him fired for anything.
People who like JK will argue with those who want him fired forever.

I will say the fire talk is a bit surprising considering we won a game. You'd think we lost 4-0 or 5-1.
Can we at least wait until AFTER our Cup is over to start that talk.

It isn't like that win had anything to do with the coach. The coach has more to do with two players pulling hamstrings in the first half than that kind of a win. I have not seen a single other player in the WC pull a hamstring. We have a serious training issue. I think he over trains our players. Pathetic.

What the hell happened to Bradley? If there was someone I was going to pick to play well, it was him. He stunk.

I stayed off this thread intentionally during the game. It blows my mind how people can still be complaining and dogging Juergen. Just enjoy the win. Regardless of what happens from now on out, Jurgen is going to be sticking around for awhile. #USA

Italy sat back most of the game and absorbed pressure

You still have to replace a player with injury subs. I would have went with Wondo but regardless of what you say, the next two subs were crucial.

Definitely an off day for Bradley. At times it seemed like he was trying to do too much. Whatever the reason he gave away way too many balls and some of them nearly cost us. Hope this was a one off

He'll be ready for Portugal. Every elite player has an off day. Ronaldo from earlier today for example.

I'm pretty sure the Ghanians knew they had to target him, to beat the US. They effectively neutralized him. Also He didn't play well, but we have never matched up well to the Ghanian style. I think Bradley will have a better game against the Europeans.

I'll be the first to admit I was wrong about Brooks, though I already admitted that after the Turkey match. However, clearly we would have been better served in this match with Donovan available, and certainly going forward given Jozy's injury. Eddie Johnson as well.

I'm ecstatic about the win, but there are reasons for concern about the roster going forward. Not sure why some posters want to shut down that discussion.
