Has anyone had their tickets re-sold through FIFA's portal?

Once FIFA received the tickets, I was sent an email confirming this about 24 hours after they had arrived at their end ( albeit I was aware through the postal tracker service that they had been signed for at their end.

They sent me an email telling me to to go my ticketing a/c and follow the online instructions. The status of the two tickets had changed to 'tickets for resale.' I physically had to make the changes to put them up for sale, they did not do it for me

 

Rather interesting my situation

Put one ticket up for resale and was eventually sold. Some time in the last week have been reimbursed onto my CC by FIFA

My ticket account though still shows up as Refund Pending. All other signs seem to indicate I have a ticket available for this match.

I am sure it will all work out and be done eventually but rather odd that this hasn't been updated yet

 

I listed 3 Germany vs Ghana tickets 3 weeks ago and still nothing.

 

Sold 1 ticket Cat 3. USA-Portugal got money back yesterday

Tickets have to be sold out once in their respective categories. If Fifa are waiting returns from sponsors, other outlets then it is unlikely that they are going to put up tickets that have been returned when they have not sold tickets the first time around.

Was it ever about the football and the fans??

 

But this is for a sold out game! The categories have been black for the past 3 weeks. Tons of people have been trying to buy tickets to this game but Fifa isn't allowing for that to happen.

Im not sure 'sold out' is the same as 'tickets being unavailable for sale/purchase' which is what the black status is in the eyes of FIFA. Just my take on it.

 

I put up 1 x Match 5 Colombia v Greece about 2 weeks ago. Not sold yet.

 

I put Match 52 up for resale maybe 3 weeks ago, it immediately went to refund pending, and I received the refund back to my card on Thursday.

Unfortunately, my FIFA account still shows Match 52 as a requested ticket, and I'm at my max of 7 requests. But I want to try to get 1 more match.

Does anyone know if FIFA will fix that and it not be counted as a request since it was resold? I emailed FIFA late Friday, but don't expect a response for a few days from them.

 

I've got the same issue. Not expecting FIFA to be responsive to my requests to change this...

 

Put up Switzerland vs France and Germany vs Ghana for resale a few weeks ago and got my refund for both yesterday

 

Mine also shows up on this front though this is the odd part

I have 4 on my account now because of this which should be 3 with the refund pending ticket removed

Add in my 3 from the PMA and I am technically sitting at 7 according to FIFA though in reality it is 6

Right now for arguments sake I can load up and buy another ticket up to the point of confirming payment. I assume this would work if I actually fired the bullet but I don't want tickets to Ivory Coast and Greece!!!


For some reason I am thinking the PMA and the general account are being linked or monitored to not beat the combined 7 match limit

No, after you type in the Captcha, you get a prompt that tells you have reached the maximum number of requested tickets and won't let you go any further.

But, it's definitely an issue that FIFA should've already addressed or at least made it clear before tickets were purchased.

i am surprised, i resale 4 cat 2 uruguay costa rica game and there are still tickets on the portal, thought they gonna sell theirs first b4 selling the tickets fans return

 

Has anyone received refunds or a "pending" status for country specific tickets? I have 2 x TS4 cat 1 for England that I'm trying to resell. We decided not to make the trip to Brazil.

 

I've submitted tickets back to the portal. They are category 3 tickets which are sold out, but I notice there are still some category 1 available.

Will FIFA wait til the entire match is sold out before re-selling my tickets or does it just go according to category?

I listed 2 Cat1 USA-Ghana tix. Got the refund a week or so ago. Bummer is that because it was part of a TST-7, it still shows my account as having 7 tix allocated. So, I can't try for some later games.
