I would think that all of them want to play Libertadores Quarter finals. Maybe Claure uses this to hold onto the best of them? (I'm thinking callejon here!)

Next Lib game is not after the WC. The Champs play next week and the following.

You'd be surprised--money matters more to many.

To almost everybody. And I would think (hope) that they would want the visibility a quarter final int'l tournment would bring.

We gotta qualify to semis first, if we do I think Claure will def. spend some big bucks to keep our team complete as well as bring some good refuerzos... If we don't qualify then they will prolly sell Quiñones and arce and Ferreira will leave...

Just to be clear. Quarter Finals will be played next week, not after the world cup. Only the best 4 will play after world cup, meaning that ONLY semis will be played in july.

That's what I'm saying, we gotta qualify to semis first, if we don't then it doesn't matter as much if we lose some players, which we definitely would...

I think finally Azkargorta will use a "B" team in our league. IMO this will be a win win a scenario (as they say in sales)lol. The first team will get to rest up and get ready for Lanus, the second team which really could be a first team in any other club will get to play and prove that they deserve the starting job. Guys like Pedriel, Lizio, Arrascaita will no doubt try to show they should be starting.

Sad Pedriels game isnt in line with our league teams.

Funny, Marcello Moreno wasn't cutting it for our league either before exploding in Brazil.

Pedriel is just unlucky to lineup behind Willy. He's our STAR striker...and pedriel isn't a winder or an outside mid. Bigoton likes to play with only 1 CF. With how Willy's been on fire in the libertadores, he doesn't want to take him out because he is one if not our biggest key to success lately.

Pedriel is a national team striker--but Willy is just that much stronger chemistry wise than him.

In any case, if Ferreira leaves this summer we have Pedriel that is just as good IMO. We can sleep good at night.

I was so glad to see all those young guys playing vs Blooming. I think there was five or six kids from the Bolivar academy. Bolivar probably has the best academy in Bolivia with results like that, hope they could keep getting playing time.
IMO it's a good time to sell a couple of players after Libertadores, guys like Ferreira and Arce deserve the chance if there are teams interested.

Seems like we gonna play with all subs tomorrow against Real Potosi, mostly young players plus Lorgio, Cardozo, Lizio, and Pedriel. Sagardia is finally gonna start a game, hope he does well cuz we need a CB with Rodriguez injured for a while. Also Maygua, Arrascaita, Savedra, and Justiniano are gonna start. Should be interesting!

Leon are too busy, as they are in the Clausura fina, I believe. Regardless--I wouldn't touch Rafa with a 10 put pole for this team.

On the second article--I love Claure's passion he has for this team and his big 'paln' for the future and to make us like one of the biggest clubsi n south america with strutcure, youth development, great facilities and resources.

You can tell just when he brought Hoyos and his advanced way of keeping track of fitness with the VO2 tests, constant track of blood testing to see how each player's fitness level was.

Since he came onboard, our fitness level is finally at the poitn where we cna keep up with anyteam in south america. This for me--is one of the biggest reasons our team has beeen kickign ass.

No player that got minutes in this Libertadores can play for our team, I read in the news that we're after Oriente's players, but that's prolly BS cuz they wouldn't be able to play for Bolivar in Libertadores. Same goes for Rafa Marquez.

I wouldn't renew with Arguello and Moya, both are wasting foreign spots. We can get a national for second keeper, Moya is pretty decent, but he's spends most of the time injured, I would be surprised if he played more than 15 games in the last year and a half.

Yea--I don't get what's up wtih Moya. He had one good game for us in Brasil and then never played again. He posts on twitter but it seems like he's in Spain.

There are ruomors we're after Alcides Pena--who is pretty good. Would he not be able to play if we got him? Personally, I think he'd be good as a outside winger to come in for Arce if needed or Callejon if he's messing up.

I feel for Pedriel, as he has no fit if WIlly's playing. I think we need help in the defense. That's where I hope we can get some help.
If we could sign Raldes on a short term contract or a strong defender, that would be great

yea, unfortunately no player that was part of a team in this Libertadores can play for another team in the tournament.

Which leaves out reinforcements from The Strongest and Oriente out of the question (or any other team in Libertadores)... I think there is couple of interesting players from San Jose, Universitario, and Wilster that we could go after... And ofcourse if Arguello and Moya leaves we can bring two international players.

Defense is where we need a little help I would think...

We need a player that fits the same mentality as the group that Bolivar has now if they are seriously contending for the libertadores. That will be harder to find i think as this team when it gets serious, is a well oiled machine. Im thinking about maybe a marvin bejarano type on the wing. We do need another defender just in case as well.
We still havent gotten to semis yet! Theres one more game left

congrats boys! It's too bad that this now takes a 2 month wait  as this team has momentum. No one in that potential final 4 has anything up on you. Yours to take.
