That graph would be an accurate representation: if the goal was 17 million, that is.

I'm not sure what would be the best subtitle for the future thread:

Health Care Reform Part IV: OPEN YOUR MIND!!!!

    or

Health Care Reform Part IV: REMEMBER BENGHAZI!!!!

I just meant that it lacks the subtlety of replacing an R with a D in front of the name of a Comgressman facing indictment. That kind of thing. This "graph" is so amateurish it doesn't pass the laugh test.

Well to be fair, many graphs as shown like that, but they should have what the bottom represents, for example, 5 million.

I know when people talk about stock prices that is how it is shown.

    For example.

Yes, but that stock graph is showing a multitude of small changes rather than comparing two totals. In the former scenario, showing only the "top" of the graph makes those small changes clearer; in the latter it just misleading at best. And, yes, the bottom should always be marked on a vertical scale.

Not necessarily. Back in my days as a data analyst, I often left off the bottom of my bar charts because that data was largely meaningless and I wanted to highlight the difference between the expected and the actual. However, what I also did was include that my graph's range was from 5.4 million to 7.4 million and I labelled the major grid lines as 5.8 million, 6 million, 6.2 million, etc.

ABC reporting that the ACA exchangesare on track to reach 7 million enrollees:

    http://abcnews.go.com/Health/wireStory/deadline-dash-health-care-sign-ups-amid-glitches-23130500

I guess Fox can adjust their graph now. Oh, that's right. The Administration is cooking the numbers.

According to the ACA Signups guy, this is how things look:

    Another #Obamalie

BTW 3.1M Sub 26, that is a very good number, 3.1/7 = 44% give or take, I think 35% was the goal.

So maybe Obama overcooked the books on the Sub 26 number. ;)

The daughter of a cousin of my best friend got a paper cut in school and the school nurse placed a band aid on her finger. Does that count towards the 7 million?
