Yup sad, it's our ego in the city. We only want the best of the best. This MLS team has to be New York Yankee material to get the attention of all
Any changed thoughts or feelings from this video? Its been a year and a half, do you guys think the setting has changed since?
The interest is definitely there. With the proper sized soccer specific stadium in the right location, I don't see why it shouldn't take off.

Nashville - you got to be kidding 4. Cincinnati was too close to Columbus so Miami could listen to the naysayers or they could launch out and prove them wrong again.

Based in Palm Beach, FL, the club will begin UPSL play in the 2020 Fall Season as part of the Southeast Conference Florida South Division. The club is finalizing its home venue in compliance with UPSL National Division I standards. UPSL Vice President Christian Vallejos said, "We are excited to welcome Palm Beach Stars to the UPSL. The confidence that new investors are showing in the growth of the UPSL is amazing. Palm Beach is crazy about soccer and talent just pours out of that community. We expect this club to perform well on and off the field and look forward to seeing the Palm Beach Stars on the pitch." Palm Beach Stars is operated by its board of directors. Tony Iafrate is Chief Operating Officer and President of Soccer Operations. Iafrate, a former FIFA player agent, previously worked in the front office of Miami United FC (USL) and is the founder and then CEO of Miami Beach Club de Futbol (UPSL). "I truly believe in the potential of the Palm Beach area and I am confident that we can build something unique in the community. Our first goal is to give the Palm Beach area a soccer team to be proud of," Iafrate said. "We are choosing the UPSL because the league is constantly growing and it's the right format for the players that need to develop their skills and get more experience, especially in the Florida South Division where there are 5-to-6 teams that play at such a high level." Former Argentinian international player Jose Luis Villarreal has agreed to serve as Head Coach of Palm Beach Stars. Villarreal played for Boca Juniors, River Plate and Atletico Madrid during his professional career and was previously head coach of Jacksonville Armada (NASL). David Cerutti is Assistant Coach.
