Update: Rooney scored two of Man U's four goals in Sunday's 4-4 draw with Everton. Analysis: Rooney has been fantastic for United, stealing the shine from Robin van Persie, who dominated the headlines through February. But Rooney now has 26 goals in 31 games, just one behind RVP for the league lead. 22 Apr 2012 07:28 AM
Rooney want to quit the club for a second time. Please stay. I wish to see him wearing Manchester United jersey next season.
In light of Bellamy's admission to Fergie courting him for United, it makes me wonder; what would United have been with Ronney, Bellamy and Ronaldo? WOWZER! Seemed to have itchy feet at the end of last season and the start of this season, he was in cracking form before his injury problems. I wonder if he will be moving on in the summer...
One of Moyes' mistakes is to sign Rooney on a long term contract. I'm a great fan of Rooney immediately after his against Arsenal and plus the fact that im a MU fan, however, its time for him to move on. He's a burden for the club
I agree. He either needs to move to the midfield or leave so that United can bring in more dynamic players. He's a hard worker for the team, which I like about him/any player, but so was Keane and Allan Smith. So he should either move to fill the void in midfield and play along Carrick with Mata between them and RvP or just leave. He did well there last weekend and Scholes made a similar change to great effect, albeit at a much younger age.
Rooney is the captain of the Man United for this season. He will lead the team to win the title race ^_^
