OK, the first iterations of this thread were locked, so I've got one suggestion from the transfer that got some traction, but I don't think was ever addressed. In vB, we could click on the number of replies to a thread and get a list of all the posters in that thread, and the number of times they had posted in that thread. Any chance of bringing it back?
Why not post a blog or something so we can read when there is an update and when everything is settled? I need to know when it is okay to be critical of this latest update.
No kidding. Lots of stuff seems broken; but maybe it's supposed to be. Fatal error: Call to undefined method NodesAsTabs_Model_Options:: postDispatch() in /home/www/bigsoccer.com/community/library/NodesAsTabs/ControllerPublic/Forum.php on line 14
text entry boxes same color as the background, so ther's no clue that they're there. some forums return "fatal error" messages when you try to view the forum listing. other forum listings aren't showing the current status -- they look as if no posts have taken place in the forum for some time, when in fact posts have occurred and some threads buried in the list should be at or near the top. The fatal error mentioned above is: Fatal error: Call to undefined method NodesAsTabs_Model_Options:: postDispatch() in /home/www/bigsoccer.com/community/library/NodesAsTabs/ControllerPublic/Forum.php on line 14 Note that I had to manually add a space after the double-colon separating class from method above, because BS's editor wanted to turn the second colon and the "p" in "postDispatch()" into an emoticon with its tongue sticking out. I just wanted to quote something to see what it looks like... [EDIT]I'm not sure I like the abridged quotations especially since there is no way for a person to know to click to see the rest of the quote other than the faded text. I like notifications that posts have been made in a thread while I'm typing. Also, in general, the site "feels" faster.
here is a list of errors compiled by a bsmx member https://www.bigsoccer.com/community/...ead-volume-cliv.1991589/page-42#post-28448337 hope all of this is in an elaborate ruse to bring back neg rep we need the neg rep
Is there any indicator of if people edit their posts? I only see the last edited message on the first post of the thread (I'm not a fan of the size of the message or its proximity to the post).
Here's yet another: links in a post are a slightly lighter shade of grey from the rest of the text, thus very easy for the reader to miss.
