You have to ask that question to the "big bosses" at the federation. In this case, Teo and Bacca probably werent that physically fit when they were that age and for that reason they went with others. Or, because most of these federation guys have their own players that they need to sell. Simple.

    Jajajaja cobarde

Yes, you didn't undesrtood me. What I meant was that neither Jhon or Brayan at the moment have the ability to play in the Serie A, according to their performance. But Brayan is already there, and Jhon may get there soon. I hope they prove me wrong, but I'm very doubtful.

He is a striker, you know... o_O If his definition is sucks, then he's worthless. Luckily he's young and can still improve, but right now he's not a Serie A material.

not necessarily, a striker with good definition are a lot of, look the lastest top scorer of colombia.....all has good definition, but the big part of them arent national team material.........a striker, without good movements

look the numbers of falcao in river, he wasnt a great top scorer, and didnt have the best definition, but he always had good movements, and was a danger ........now his definition is sick....

rodallega by 2005, had a very good and exelent, defintion that maybe covered his other defects,,,,,then, his god defintion, was good enough to shine.....

Nothing to do with his good definition...right now the guy isn't a Serie A material. Hell, he barely succee in a small Mexican club. He has a potential, he has the size to becomes a monster striker, but he must improve almost every aspect in his game, mostly the definition.

have you seen some bottom table Serie A strikers  . Not all that great. Most are home grown talent as they can't afford int'l level players. That being said I think both you and pepino are right. I will say I like JC as a developing player MUCH more than Nazarith. Even though Nazarith scored more goals at the U20 level you can just tell JC is much more patient, stronger and quick with the ball. But yes, he has to work at his definition. The kid turned 20 this year. I would rather him develop in Serie A where he'll learn tactics, definition and patience with the ball.

Aclaro: no digo, que no sea importante la definicion en un delantero, pero a esta edad es lo que menos le presto atencion y menos cuando juega con sus semejantes de edad a un delantero....

haha no way this striker with 0 finishing is worth that much money. He is a sub in Mexico. I say 2-2.5 million US tops

Also the teams he is linked to don't have that type of money to drop on a player who won't be a starter

Wasn't he the top scorer ever at the U20 qualifiers in South America(think he still is), a top scorer in the Colombian league with Dept Cali, and Could score from play, free kicks, headers, corners

I know everyone here hates Rodallega but please don't compare a player like Cordoba who hasn't done shit to Hugo. Cordoba would be insanely lucky to have half the career or be making 1/5th the money that Roda makes. Also at Nexacca the team he went to before Wigan he had 25 goals in 53 games. Almost a goal every other game....... yea Roda sucked

Nobody is attacking rodallega..but you are been very unfair with cordoba, because he is a sub in Mexico...that isn't a bad and easy league....at the end they scored the same amount of goals in the wc 2005 thy in wc 2013...maybe cordoba one more

Ps:rodallega nowadays sucked, like 4 goals in the last to season....nobody misses him in nt..,,and was a deception

I wouldn't say 'hate' Rodallega. I honestly feel bad for him because he knows that he's one of the nation's biggest let downs despite having such a promising future.

Looks like he is going to Esponyol for 4 million euro. Seems like a huge waste of money. Hope that he does actually get his finishing down or they can make him into a DM or some type of MF. His finishing is just shit. Hope Envigado hopefully gets some part of this transfer.

ask how was jackson finishing at that age to medellin fans o zapata to america fans.......his movements are from a great strikers, i dont see a reason to change his position.....it seems that pekerman also have my opinion, because a year ago he was called to microciclos....

my experience, with the young“ exelent fiinishers“....is that they are now rodallega, hidalgo and nazarith(no one is NT)......surely, they covered his problems with that...and no one ask to improve in other things.....so never took adavantage of their defintion...
