Insole looks interesting on the 98m ones.

Also David I have just two legs unfortunately so I can only test one boot at a time against the premier!

So looking at those vapors - Nike have just done a slight twist on the aqua (sorry can't remember the exact name) orange colourway that they did with the previous model? Seriously Nike, get a grip.

Yeah indeed, these look a bit more greenish than the retro orange vapors though

Agreed, but still pretty much the same sort of colourway. Nike just release too many boots these days they have run out of decent colourways.

Oh and Jorma, you could always put some boots on your hands?!

Could be either - the point is they're drastically different to what Nike said he'd be wearing and what we, the public, could buy.

I often stick up for the brands when it comes to the pricing, colourways and the whole 'light boots' debate, but it's hard to defend such a complete overhaul to what the boot was meant to be about.

I mean, even when you ignore the environmental side of things, the GS2 was only officially worn by something like a dozen players worldwide - it's tough to swallow that they couldn't even get a dozen players to wear the actual boot that was released to the public.

Hazards appear the real deal if you look at the seeming (where it reflects on the black) which is also on the stock model, of course one pair has a mix sole but hey he would need a pair with them.

as you can see here those parts that reflect on hazards also reflect on the standard green speed so i'm thinking he has the straight up pair, of course, great for kicking ball boys.

Good shout - I think Hazard was the only player to wear them for more than two weeks, anyway - so he must really dig them!

true, hazards look like the only real deal, but for a boot collection, the el shaaraway ones would be an absolutely amazing addition, i would be curious just to see what material they are in fact constructed from.

does anyone have experience with the nike bomba finale ll on AG instead of turf? i am thinking of getting them because i train on AG with my team but im also thinking about the mercurial vapor 9 turf version or either the AG version... what do you guys think?

My take on them as a full-sided AG boot was this: The Bomba Finale II has a very ‘low-riding’ soleplate that gives a real sense of being close to the ground for quick changes in direction, and is wonderfully flexible for complete freedom of movement in tight spots.

This also means you don’t get that ‘spring’ back that you’d get from the soleplate of a boot with TPU or glass fibre plate – and whilst that’s not a problem on a small-sided pitch, covering longer distances in a full sided game means they will feel a little more sluggish compared to a traditional boot.

So, if you only play small-sided games in training, then you should find them pretty good - but if you're playing large games or even doing sprints and the like, you might want something with a more traditional plate.

ok thanks for the information! Yes there is a great chance we have to play multiple matches on the AG field so i will be wearing them alot +training but i'm also buying the mercurial (or hypervenom ) FG version so to get a extra 190+ euro boot would be a quite expensive investment considering the Bomba's are 'only' 87 euro. But he if it's wel worth the investment i would consider buying the AG if it's better then the bomba's.
