I will admit this will be a tough one with the opening of Toyota Field, and their home opener. Man. I hope to get at least a point. Can't drop this one (or any one for that matter). Every game counts. COYR
I was at the Scorpions' home opener last year. Nearly 12,000 at a high school football stadium. It was quite an atmosphere. I will be at the game this Saturday cheering for the Rowdies. I anticipate a great atmosphere again. The Scorpions have a unique set up. They share parking with an amusement park for special needs children. This charity is greatly supported by the team. So, they work together. It will be tough, but I think we can make a good accounting of ourselves (and maybe steal three points).
It looks to be insane. I can't even imagine what the energy would be like. Hopefully more Rowdies live out there, either way have fun!
Also, first Trampa Bhey supporter that comes and says "Hi", I'm in section 114, row two seat 20 . I'll buy them a beer. I love this game, and I love supporters and it's all in good fun Of Course I will have already been tailgating for 3 hours by then...free food and free beer
Holy crap. Nice game Rowdies. We lost every 50/50 ball. Our defense was swiss cheese and well, we have no one on the squad that can find the net at all. But we did lose our home opener last season and all still turned out okay. Also, I think the official attendance for tonight was something like 8167 I think.
Don't underestimate him. If he continues to work hard at it, he just might be the best at something for once in his life.
Great win! Good game, both teams had chances and grats to San Antonio on that beautiful soccer park and the sell out crowd. Also, VSI lol
Shutout loss stings debut of Scorpions' stadium http://www.mysanantonio.com/sports/...stings-debut-of-Scorpions-stadium-4432990.php Congratulations Rowdies!
Great win indeed. Our boys did us proud going to a hostile environment with their home opener, a packed house and played superbly. Very happy with the outcome. COYR
