Boixos Nois aren't the only Barca group of ultras and don't have the strength in numbers they once did. http://www.ultras-tifo.net/news/116-barcelona-supporters.html
Hello im fan of SS Lazio ( from holland ) and i read that some ppl thought inter was left :S ,, No there right some fans of inter are friends with fans of Lazio cuz there right too. btw Barca were always right wing like many other clubs in spain , Ajax fans are non politics but some ppl say there antifa but its not sure if ajax is 100% antifa , but some fans are even fascist ^^ but 'jews' is a nickname but many ppl are not proud of it.
I must say that I love how this thread comes back from the dead. While I sit in Curva Nord at Livorno matches, I really haven't asked what the current names are for the various core groups. We have no "ultras" anymore but I do still see the old fellas wearing BAL scarves. I'll try to get updated info on the supporters however the town itself is probably 75% Antifa anyway.
i'm looking for a italian club and i want a club who's left leaning and who's main rival is right leaning. you know any left vs right derbies in italy???
The most left leaning club in Italy is probably Livorno. They have a rivalry with any right leaning club in Italy but the derby is with Pisa who are also more than a bit lefty themselves.
i can understand a local rivalry, but it's hard for me to hate/rival a club who believes the same way me and my club does. it's illogical to me. left leaning clubs should befriend left leaning clubs and right leaning clubs should befriend right leaning clubs. sampdoria claims to have a no-politica policy yet they befriend hellas, the most right leaning club in italy. i don't like inter and ac milan, roma, lazio, juve, bari and hellas. all those clubs are right leaning from what i've heard.
Yeah just did my research into this, the closest one would be FC United of Manchester, I guess. And then in the top league some were saying Liverpool because of their for the dockers back in the day, but ******** luis Suarez. Did a bit of research, st. Pauli seems like an interesting team as well as celtic
st. pauli is too much politics and not enough football, what have they really won in there history??? celtic may lean left, but to me are hypocrites. they criticize glasgow rangers for there racist unionist policies (which very much deserve to be browbeaten) yet they are as guilty as rangers for the shape the SPL is in being a two team league. it's funny they can claim to be against modern football when there one of the richest clubs in scotland, they ripped off YNWA from liverpool, they ripped off grand old team from everton and there club image is ripped off from hibernian, the original irish catholic club in scotland.
In italy, Ultras are traditionally thought of as right wing, violent and racist, which has given rise to left-wing / anti-racist / antifa ultras all over europe to combat this
how the f* are Ajax and Spurs fascists? I do say that the fact Spurs use the "Yid Army" slogan that is pretty freaking anti-semetic, no matter how they try to spin it.
tottenham section of london has one of the highest jewish populations in the city, a large number of tottenham supporters are jewish
I know this, i'm one of them... and just b/c we have a large jewish contingency it does not make it alright for everyone else to use the slur. every jew i know in london is against it

I had no idea just how political some of these clubs in Italy were. Being that my main focus is MLS, this is quite eye opening. Myself, I just want to watch the game.
It's not just Italy it's the whole world. The MLS is the only league I know that has no political ties to their teams.
And in my opinion and for my view of The Game™, I am more than OK with that since I have no political inclinations. I dislike them all.
Sorry to rekindle an old thread, but I recently came across this and some info was sorely needed: Atalanta Bergamo has a large antifa ultras group but it may not be as dominant as it once was. Italy also has Ternana Calcio, especially their largest ultras group Freak Brothers. Yes: FC United of Manchester is the main one; they almost were promoted to Conference North (6th tier) this season, missing the league title by a single point and then losing a real heartbreaker in the playoffs. They are an up and coming club, if they get promoted next season, they will have moved up 4 tiers in just 10 years...I wouldn't be surprised if they are flirting with league play in another 10 years. Mangotsfield United FC also had a small contingent of Antifa supporters but the FA has banned their smoke bombs and antifa flags so it may not last.... FC Bohemians Praha has been renamed FC Bohemians 1905...I mention it because there was at one point three different Czech clubs all using the Bohemians monicker and green kangaroo logo. Ironically, Ajax ultras are mainly right wing. Feyenoord, however, has a very large antifa ultras group, famous for its political tifo. From what I know, they are bigger and more leftist than Breda, but Breda ultras are strongly anti-racist.
even though a lot of people consider the rapid vienna ultras right-wing we have some lefties here at rapid, and wiener sportklub is another very left-wingish club
