Or maybe he is being purposely close-minded and is unwilling to accept the bigger picture - that leather is a thing of the past and synthetic will slowly become the main driving force in football boots.
It may be true that leather is a thing of the past but it has nothing to do with global warming or other environment problems.
Are the teal/orange vapor 8's built better then previous versions? Theres a field near my house and one of my friends had his euro clash vapor's stud completely broke and i was just wondering if the ACC editions were all around built better, thanks
And yeah i know that, but i filed these around 3 weeks ago but i had the claim codes, which is why i didnt have the information
I can't speak for Dr Boots, but I can say that I'm not even against synthetic. The bigger problem is that boots today are overpriced CRAP regardless of material. Complete and utter crap. And people happily put up with it. You know it's bad when you buy a $250 pair of boots knowing they won't last more than a few months. People continue to buy Nike and Adidas knowing they're going to break in months and this throwaway mentality has ruined the boot industry. If the consumers don't care, why should the companies?
Is it true they're launching Tiempo V in January? Read it on the boot calendar or whatever it's called.
Nike Mercurial Miracle 4, Victory 4, Vapor 9 and Legend 4 new colorways. More pictures in http://www.sochuteiras.com/2012/12/nike-mercurial-miracle-4-victory-4.html Check out the GT Pro too!
The boot calendar said July 2013 for Legend V. It said the black/purple Pred LZ SL were coming in July 2013 too though. http://soccerreviews.com/news/boot-calendar-update-17th-october/
Just because that is what is happening doesn't make it the the 'best" option to occur. On the reverse maybe you are being purposely close-minded and not willing to accept that you are being sold highly over priced products that...or in your case given products that you shill for. This is my point as well. I will always prefer leather to synthetic, but there are some awesome synthetic shoes out there currently and from the past. In terms of comfort the LZ is awesome and my pair seem to have lasted the limited amount that I wore them before my knee went and then in heavy use from a kid that I coach that needed boots. They are still pretty mint other than some scuffs. The CTR II was pretty awesome as well, and so are the Bomba Pro. The Vapor VIII would have been good if not for the crap outsole and poor durability and the V 1.11 SL was pure class. There is also the AZT I and II, both legendary boots. But, the point stands that many of these boots are overpriced and poorly made. Not that leather boots can't be poorly made, but synthetic leather an bad craftsmanship is lethal and all too common.
Not likely....all they did was add that film around the toe. I don't think they solidified the studs in anyway, they have no reason to improve the shoe when they just replace them at hardly any cost to their bottom line. It is cheaper that way than to fix something that doesn't work.
Bleh, so true lmao, only reason i even buy new nike crap is because how easy it is to return /replace when they break, otherwise i would not be paying the money they charge
They do seem to be getting worse and worse. I love some of the current vapor colourways but wouldnt buy them as I was so unimpressed with the mango vapors. Pity. appleCORR
Finally used my voucher today. Staff at nike werent too sure how to use it but after 30 mins they figured it out and hooked me up. GS2 are pretty cool but i wouldnt pay £250 for a pair of boots
