I think that they will respect the player decision. Don't really see him staying in Bochum. What looks indeed hard though is the loan as an option, I could see Bochum refusing that and directly asking for a fee.

Both teams are not wealthy, and Bochum is dependent on transfer fees. Given that Inui is their best field player I don't see why they should loan him out to a club which plays in a division above them, just for them (Frankfurt) to get him on the cheap.

I think they will meet each other about the prize.

Obviously talks were held between both SDs regarding Inui. Status quo is that Eintracht Frankfurt offered 1.2 mio while it is assumed that Bochum would only let him go for 2 mio minimum. It is also mentioned that Frankfurt's coach Veh really seem to want Inui to be there when pre-season starts in July.

This source is as reliable as it gets, so let's see what happens.

it's exciting. once it happens, there will be 3 confirmed new Japanese players in BuLi.1. Takashi Inui -> Frankfurt, Kiyotake->Nurnberg, and Hiroki Sakai ->Hannover.

alltogether 10 players playing in Bundesliga with probably 8 guys playing important roles 1 will have to fight for his spot like hell and 1 I am not too optimistic about (Yuki Otsu btw)

Also it may be someone else joins by the end of this transfer window

P.S. question. Stuttgart hasnt mentioned if they want to buy out Gotoku? And if so what is his price?

Rumor is that Otsu will leave this summer, but nothing concrete has been revealed yet.

Buyout for Gotoku is 1.5 mil Euros.

And I really hope he gets the chance to do that. Would be sad to see him rot on the bench after a great season and knowing he could play all season long for a smaller club.

For Hosogai, won't be easy. Ballack will go away this summer, but fighting against Rolfes and Bender will be tough.

Hopefully a move to the Bundesliga propels him into JNT contentions, he looked pretty dangerous against Uzbekistan.

Deal should close this week, according to a Frankfurt paper.
