Hey, we can't read every thread and often rely on you all to nudge us with requests like this.

In other countries, I'm pretty sure California is made up of two cities: Hollywood and Los Angeles. :p

Yes, but even with requests in the threads, it's hard for mods to read every thread in YA. Witness the Conor oBrien, Brad Rusin, Samuel Petrone, and Jemal Johnson threads. Would it be better to open threads in the help forum?

In any case, thanks for changing this one.

A PM usually gets our attention quicker. Posters do that all the time to bring minor details or technical questions to our attention.

Thank you for headline change! I'll remember to PM in future if I have a request like this. It is nice to keep the same thread going on one player.

Yes, we definitely like this, too--it's been something of a YA tradition, format-wise. A friendly PM is always the best way to get in touch. An unfriendly one, however....

Peterlin started and went full 90 in 1-1 draw against Yeovil Town.

Walsall sitting with 5 points. Top 2 teams in table have 10 pts.

It's always better to heap abuse on the mods in public. That way other people can savor it and join in. Unfriendly PMs are just selfish.

Peterlin's three game starting streak came to an end today after 7 Adam Chambers returned from his red card suspension. Peterlin was an unused sub in a 2-0 away win against Bournemouth.

Peterlin has been getting a run of games of late for Walsall having started their last three League One games. Walsall has 14 points from 14 games which has them in 17th place, 2 points above the relegation zone.

After making only a couple of brief substitute appearances since November 5th Peterlin has been back in the starting lineup for the past two games.

He went the distance in midweek as Walsall lost a second round FA Cup replay at home against League 2 Dagenham & Redbridge on penalties after 120 minutes of scoreless soccer.

Today he picked up what is the first assist of his career, if espn is to be believed. He went the distance as Walsall gave up a 90th minute equalizer on the road against Chesterfield. Walsall currently sit in the relegation zone, 1 point from safety.

I have noticed his playing time (and lack of) over the past month. Great that he got an assist ... would like to see video but don't want to sign up for Walsall's fee. Any free places to see highlights?

Until the loss this past weekend, Walsall has been on a very good run. Peterlin has earned 20 starts this year, came on as a sub this past weekend, gave up the own goal, but overall seems to be having a very good season. Just read this interview with him as well - http://www.soccerbanter.org/anton-peterlin.html

Why would an American player who was undrafted coming out college and has never played for a US youth national team be subjected to an MLS lottery?
