It's much cleaner and seems to be more modern. It seems to be a tad more difficult to pick out where posts begin and end, but I attribute that to my eyes being accustomed to the old layout.

Is there a way to change the font? Would be nice if that feature was there in the preferences.

Going to take some time getting used to, that's for sure. And I'm sure there will be tweaks along the way.

If there are features that you feel are missing or have suggestions, I urge you to do so in the Customer Service forum. Personally, I'm missing the "my bigsoccer" feature, that kept all your subscribed forums--not threads--in one place. There are some other features, like being able to see who was viewing the forum, that are just gone for no apparent reason.

On the moderation front, it seems the powers didn't instantly transfer. Once they do, hopefully we can dig up the stickied threads and re-stick them.

I like it not at all. Hard to read, hard to see where a post ends and another begins. And the alerts..... stop with the alerts.

First impression: seems noticeably faster. That's a big plus for me.

Similar to the upgrade a Tottenham forum did. Give it a week. You'll adjust to it.

Don't change the font or else some posters will think you're arrogant.

I feel like I'll be far more liberal in "liking" posts over giving reputation...

I'd also suggest going into your preferences and turning off the alert for everything someone replies to a watched thread. That would be a lot of alerts.

I don't mean for when I post..I mean when I read the forum. I want my default font to be something different than what it is right now.

How do I mark all threads as having been read?

Ok how do I get to the last reply read? Some of the longer threads, like Best Story of Your Weekend get very, long and can have a couple of pages of replies between when I check in. Isn't there a button like the old format?

As you move your cursor just under the title of the thread, the page numbers should appear - so for the best stories thread, when I moved my cursor underneath the title, it showed me the #'s 27, 28 & 29, indicating those were the last page #'s...

I find it incredibly hard to read and incredibly difficult to find where the posts begin and end. I spend a lot of time wandering the page looking for pieces of data, such as who posted what. If it were a photo and this were a critique, I would say the composition sucks.

Agreed. It also lacks contrast. Some of the type is very washed out. Lacks punch.

Improving...but I'd really like to see BLACK text - not charcoal or whatever this color is called. More contrast!

Just realized it's now 20 posts per page. I like that.

Noticing missing threads, most notably (for me) the 2012 MLS Referee Assignments and Discussion thread.
