Monterrey outclassed santos all over the field but when it comes to just flat out putting the ball in the back of the net Humberto Suazo never fails to amaze. The second leg in Torreon is going to be a tough test for Rayados without Suazo.

The farthest a recent CCL Champ has gone in the playoffs was Pachuca in 2010, who made it to the semifinals where they got bounced by Toluca.
