I don't understand it. Krupnick was pretty bad for RBNY while he was here, yet he's a great defender in Israel? What gives?

He said in the YA article that it was tough on him to miss out preseason and join NY in midseason

He wants to play in MLS. If I were running an MLS team, I'd give him another shot in the league. His performance in Israel has been very solid over the years

I think that the RBNY supporters unfairly placed blame on Krupnik for goals when the club was going through a terrible time with Agoos. I watched those matches, Krupnik was unfairly blamed for situations that the other players put him in.

    Great story

For Maccabi Netanya to have qualified for the Europa League, they had to win today against Bnei Sachnin and hope for a draw in the game between Maccabi Haifa and Hapoel Tel Aviv

Maccabi Haifa and Hapoel Tel Aviv did end up drawing

Netanya was down 2-0 against Bnei Sachnin in the 67th

But Netanya scored in the 68th, the 84th, and found the winner in second half stoppage time.

Leo Krupnik and Maccabi Netanya are headed to the Europa League

EDIT: They are only going to the Europa if Hapoel Tel Aviv defeat Maccabi Haifa in the State Cup finals

Leo Krupnik and Maccabi Netanya are in the Europa League next year thanks to the result in the State Cup.

Krupnik seems to be on loan with Hapoel Petah Tikva, according to wikipedia and transfermarkt, but I'm finding it hard to find a news story.
