you get taxed depending on the customs declaration they filled out. Depending on the value and if they declared it as Gift or not. If its an actual store you are ordering online from, chances are, they wont declare it as gift and youll get customs tax when they arrive, they collect on delivery. At least this is what its like in Canada.
well it depends on your technique, watch this video tho [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PbR2rbhHge8"]The Most Powerful Soccer Shoe - Play Test - YouTube[/ame]
Yeah so the app doesn't take stretching into account. The measurements are before the cleats stretch. So like the measurements right out of the box.
I just recommended it because I thought it would be helpful. I don't know all the specifics. But which boot did you compare it to? If you compared to another clear that stretched you might have out the wrong size as the input? Anyways if you don't trust it don't use it.
Used the Tiempos Nike gave me and they are FAR better than the CTR's. The stupid leather is hard to keep clean though, especially the laces!!
The tiempo iv elite fits small which is why it put you up a half size I'm sure if you chose the size you compared it to they wouldn't fit. Or they would be too tight since the width of the boot doesn't stretch out much due to the flywire.
I've had CTR elites and Tiempo elites, and I have to say the CTRs are much much better, in fact CTR's are all I wear now. Both soleplates are good, but the upper on the CTR is much better in terms of comfort, durablity, fit,etc you name it.
Cant beat the legend concial sole, tried and tested, one of the most comfortable configs going, those the ctr/later elite sole is a good second place to it, and with the legend elite IV go half size up, i didn't and though they are very snug they are still comfortable i just don't tie them really tight.
The leather is competing with my Mizunos and stretches to form your foot, but has not over stretched. Best part is the tongue. It is padded, which in my taste, is perfect. The CTR 360 is just as comfy and in all honesty does not breathe nearly as well. Leather will always breathe more and I also have had no durability issues with the Tiempos. Really want a pair of Ronaldhino Dois size 10 U.S there will be a reward ask the last person who helped me out!!!
Hey guys, so I'm currently stuck between two cleats to buy for my summer season. Which would be the better boot for me, I play everywhere on the pitch but I'm more of a dribbler/passer but I run a LOT every game. I like to strike the ball really hard and I take most set pieces. Which would be better, the Maestris or the new Vapor 8's? Thanks so much
Sorry for the double post but I believe this may help in the search for the Dois. https://www.bigsoccer.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1919182
I used CTRs all last season, got my vapor 8s coming this week - I'll let you know my judgement as soon as they arrive and I've used them
so today i went up london Nike town to buy the vapor 8s, didnt have any my size was so gutted and i also asked about the tax on the ID's, they said you shouldnt get tax at all but while i was there i couldnt help to walk into the I.D place and MY GOD THERE they was the I.D vapors samples! the finish on the upper is totally different its almost has this leather like feel (which obviously it is synthetic), softer than the retail, as light, even more durable and the price for them wasnt that bad either it was only £180 when RRP is at £135. people who worked told me if i was going to pay £135 for them then its best you go get yourself the i.d. just want to share some info on them
