They were pretty lifeless in the first 40 minutes. Looked as if their defense were going to have another shocker. Walcott was playing (as he had every time I'd seen him play this season) like someone who had no idea what to do. Then all of a sudden.... -shrug- Arsenal decided to play, I suppose. :D

Make sure (while you're on fire) to mention how shit we're playing tonight, after, say 3 minutes or so. We might win by 10. :p

I do hope I will be getting some sort of monetary compensation from Arsenal today. ;)

It's too bad I didn't say how shit Norwich are, they may have actually held on to the draw or even beat the Scum. :p

    And Walcot gets a brace...!!!

I left them at the half to tune into our match when it was 2-2, I was hoping it would stay that way especially after that dive by Bale.

And no-ones really mentioned it, but the two Man U goal scorers were Scholes & Giggs. Have we time travelled back to 1997? I was waiting for Ole Gunnar Solskjær to come on to score the winner.

That was the crap England team in my memory fielded today.

Hart: ok, not bad. only 24 though, limited top end experience.

Baines? mediocre at best Smalling? 6 years old Cahill? cant get in his side Richards ok going forward cant defend for beans.

Barry slow Parker industrious but no world all star Gerrard exhausted and disinterested Johnson cant get in his team either, doesnt track back to boot. Young decent player, not exactly maradona in his prime though.

Sturridge? Wellbeck? fcking embarrasing we cant do better than that on attack.

Hart Young and a less tired more interested Gerrard are the only real top quality players on the pitch.

    Brutal.

It will be nice going into a tournament with 0 expectations for England for once (I know, I know, I should feel this way EVERY tournament).

Did any of you notice that Clint Dempsey and the Yanks managed to go to Genoa and defeat the Italians 1-0. Without LandyCakes by the way.

And our U-23s beat Mexico by our favorite score. dos a cero. With Freddy Adu grabbing a goal.

USA ain't nothin to ******** with.

Clint is the real deal but that game swallowed eggs whole. We played their C team and still struggled to keep the ball.

I'm more excited by the U23 score though. That was nice. :)

Such otherwise rational and nice people. :D

Hey, speaking of irrational exuberance, we've got the Skydome sorry Rogers Centre sold out for TFC-LA CL 1/8th final first leg next Wed.

45,000 fans and 5000 suits in boxes expected to attend. Cant wait. Especially with LA's best player omar g down and out. Got excellent seats 19 rows up behind the LA bench but i wont say a negative word. Really. That would be mean.

I think Diskerud actually ended up getting credit for the goal because it glanced off of him on the way.

The one thing that Rafa will do though is work on improving all defensive aspects of the team first, and only move onto midfield play and final 3rd play after the defence understands how to restrict the opposition, rather than starting with a suicidal high defensive line with no pressure on the ball like AVB.
