He has always played that way. There are varieties of keepers and he's the type that is extremely vocal, both positive and negative. If players can't handle it they probably won't fit with him. Obviously, the Everton coaches know that is how he is.
Everton cannot string more than two passes in a row. Beyond Fellaini and Landon, they lack quality players, sad to say. Neville is not half as good as he used to be. Drenthe comes in but I have a lot less faith in him than the Everton fans. He's fast and can score, but marking him out of the game is rather easy.
I understand, I have followed him for years and I love him to death. Just as a former defender myself, sometimes I want to reach through the TV and punch him.
Dempsey takes a boot to the ankle from Fellani and his magical 'fro, if Dempsey gets hurt Wenger is gonna be pissed.
Donovan leaving his mark on this game. Not just the service but the sequence where he drew a foul before it.
Landon:Football::Feynmanhysics {He looks at the game, thinks a bit, and finds the hole. His greatest asset is no particular ability, in which he's ok but nothing special; his biggest asset is his intelligence.}
his service is always great, problem with MLS is when a top class cross flys towards a second tier striker, the finish ends up being second tier.
He needs to do anything and everything possible. Not sure that's enough though. I'd also be shocked if LD isn't greatly enjoying this and would want to make it permanent. This atmosphere doesn't compare to MLS. All that still might not be enough though.
Or they just stare at it with the idiotic expression of a sheep that is shown the equations of the Theory of Relativity lol.
Or you can be Chad Barret. Get served in for 8 clear cut chances a game, and only score once every 4 games. I've never seen someone sky the ball from 6 yards as much as he does.
Hell,w/ LD playing like this, I wouldn't be shocked if a good size bid comes in from a few other EPL clubs. He must be commanding interest.
Fellaini and Donovan are the two best things about Everton, I'd say. Playing with Saha is like playing with 10, guy needs a vacation. On Fulham's side, Deuce has had almost no service and the only way he can get a ball is tracking down to the center. Now with Zamora in, he got more space. Ruiz has shown he's a very precise passer.
Moyes to Galaxy: We like LD we want him to stay how about it? Galaxy to Moyes: How much you got? Moyes: Opens wallet...$50. Galaxy: Hahahahahahaha
Neville has been sub-par this season. PS: I suspect MLS won't sell Landon at any price. He's the face of American soccer.
