The Home Championships is THE worlds first international competition. Of course it's not a FIFA tournament because FIFA weren't even founded. And England have 54. You including the Olympics. Lol that's like saying England have 4 world titles because they won Olympic gold in 1900, 1908, and 1912. At the end of the day out of them 20 Uruguay "titles", England only participated in 1.

Only 1? What about the Olympics? Uruguay won the 1924 and 1928 Olympics Do you know why England didn't play the mini world cup? And it doesn't matter if FIFA didn't exist, in that case, Nacional of Uruguay is the best team historically because they have 21 international cups (only 9 are official).. The other 12 cups (Aldao, Tie Competition, Copa Cousenier and Copa Honor) aren't official cups because FIFA didn't exist at the time.. Don't be ridicolous
Oh wow! England won a WC in COLOR! A WC in color tv is sooooooooooo much more important than a WC in black and white tv.. I mean, it's color! These brits are so funny ..
Your bragging about something from the twenties and thirties. Your grandfather was not even alive last time Uruguay won a World Cup
A World Cup is a World Cup. In 100 years time, the trophies will likely still be there in the trophy cabinet. Black and white, color, HD, 3D, it doesn't matter. Uruguay won two Olympic titles back when the Olympic titles had pretty much the same equivalent of a World Cup. They went through a very dark period and now they are bouncing back. And I think people forget that Uruguay is a country of what, 3 million people? 4 million tops. To this day, they pulled off one of the biggest World Cup upsets of all time and that was defeating Brazil at the Maracana. No matter how many matches won or lost, how many red cards or yellow cards... Uruguay 2 World Cups. England 1 World Cup. If the World Cup was so "shitty" back when Uruguay won them, why didn't England participate and win it? Or any other nation for that matter. I'd rather win 2 World Cups back in "black and white" and be doing well now as opposed to winning 1 World Cup "in color" and not looking to be going anywhere far as a team at the moment.
uruguay is better then england any day, any time , any year Enzo francescoli or Alvaro Recoba = more talent in one leg than any england player ever had in their entire body

Wasn't it from the English that Uruguay and South America as a whole even knows what football is about. You will never be a better football country than England.
Agreed. Even though I did thoroughly enjoy England's failures in 2010, there is a reason why Hudson is a commentator in a 2nd world soccer country. He would never even get a job in a serious soccer country. Like that other gnome, Tommy Smyth. That's why they have to go over the top with their commentary, because they don't have much substance. Americans seem to eat their nonsense up though, because for them anybody with a British accent gets automatic credibility.
Back when Uruguay was relevant as a football nation. The British owned a quarter of the worlds land mass. I'd take Keegan and Charlton over them any day of the week. But nice try. Yes just 1. But well done.
this irrelevant comment made all the more hilarious via uruguay's two or three domestic club teams which are better than the LA Galaxy. spin a domestic or international "argument" any way you want you still look like an idiot.
i can't anyway i've already taken a vacation recently. i think most opposing fans at both legs will be people already living in the cities.
Just ask your girl she will tell you what my name is. She was screaming it last night while I was giving it to her.
