That's about Ibusuki joining Chelsea. It was quicly picked up in Japan of course. The text in Japanese is: "This article is a joke. Today all Spanish newspapers publish fake news. That's 28th December tradition."

Zaragoza have made an official loan offer for Ibusuki. http://www.sanspo.com/soccer/news/120112/scb1201120502002-n1.htm
The article is a load of crap. I'm going to go out on a limb and say that these sites are coming up with crap like this because they know that they'll get a lot of traffic from Japanese users. It's a bit farfetched, I know, but the recent influx of articles about Ibusuki is a bit strange. edit: The first article seems to quoting this one http://www.nuevofutbol.com/2012/01/15/el-arsenal-se-fija-en-el-fichaje-de-hiroshi-ibusuki/ If you noticed, its the exact same site that has been posting all the recent Ibusuki rumors. They're definitely trying to get views.
Well, that's exactly what I thought about Footybunker which has been writing all sorts of Asian related craps.

They're now higher than Sevilla in the La Liga table right now. Zaragoza would be better right now I think. What's about this boy? Everyone wants him yet he haven't played a single minute in La Liga...
I think it has to do with Levante's extremely low budget. http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2011/writers/sid_lowe/10/26/levante/index.html Ibusuki would probably be an extremely cheap option for them. They took some dude who scored 1 goal in 40 games for Sevilla as a striker. Just goes to show you what kind of players they can afford to get.
I've heard Levante have a shoe-string budget with a pretty small squad (Mainly veterans), high chance of Ibusuki playing and the club will probably stay in La Liga for one more season.
Never seen Levante play or anything, but by the sounds of it kudos should be given to their manager wow that's amazing.
