Not in the traditional sense, sort of a consultant to multiple governments. But I do spend a lot of taxpayer money if it makes you feel any better. I've often found it's people who work with small businesses that spend lots of their days pimping political and economic policy they don't understand who spend the most time arguing on the internet. See the politics forum for prime examples. Never claimed anything of the sort, I just know that happy thoughts don't make buildings stand up. The last person that called me an engineer woke up with a broken jaw.
