    I wonder sometimes about Under Armor. The bigger they get, I have to think they are going to want to really sink their teeth into the global soccer market. Some of those dudes are getting filthy rich.

    I wouldn't laugh out loud over this. If Baltimore and/or the State of Maryland comes up with the financing for this development project, my guess is that United is gone no if's, and's or but's . . .

    They've reached an agreement to be Tottenham's new uniform supplier starting next season so they're definitely getting into the global soccer market. I'm sure they won't stop with Spurs.

    I think they're a brilliantly run company, not to mention a local success story. So, I'd love to see them get involved with MLS or even DC United. But, adidas has paid handsomely for its MLS exclusivity and until that deal expires, Under Armor and MLS aren't going to be doing any business together, if then.
