He makes the same mistake over and over again. he takes his eye of the ball at the last moment to body the attacker. As a result, he loses where the ball is and the attacker pounces on it and scores. We saw this in the last goal Guatamala scored on us with the U-20's. he gave up at least two goals like that for his Sweden team. something keeps telling him to worry about how hard he can body the attacker like rugby more so than where the ball is and proper positioning.
He played today in a friendly against a local team, in a mix of U19/U23/bench players. Horn – Makino, McKenna, Schorch (82. Dick), Spinrath (46. Agbossoumonde) – Buchtmann (46. Gerhardt), Matuschyk – Clemens, Peszko (46. Vajushi) – Roshi (82. Hector) – Uth (68. Mehinovic) Tore: 1:0 McKenna (37.), 2:0, 3:0, 4:0 Uth (40., 51., 55.) 5:0, 6:0 Vajushi (62., 71.) 7:0 Hector (86.) So he failed at Djurgarden and now he's at Koln? Isn't there a business/management term for such a move?
So it is just a trial. I wonder what (or who) gave him the idea that they wanted to sign him to a loan deal. Well I hope he gets an offer.
lol.....if it ever came to pass they should be eternally grateful. after what i saw this weekend they were absolutely dire in the backfield.
Browsed a few of the team's forums, but nothing's come up other than that he's still on the extended trial.
Update: "Tomorrow, I will file a report on loans for Gale Agbossoumonde (to Eintracht Frankfurt) and Tony Taylor to..." http://www.noshortcorners.com/2011/08/okay-last-time-i-bug-you-all-today-i.html
Possibly joining Rico in Germany (assuming Clark doesn't move tomorrow)? Frankfurt could definitely use an extra central defender.
