I filed a formal complaint to both Stubhub and Ticketmaster. Great game, but it needed better organization (won't go into details of my experience).
I initially bought tickets via Ticketmaster, but added more people after it sold out so I was left to purchase close seats on Stubhub.
I assumed that. I meant what complaints would be appropriate to direct to them. They're just ticket marketplaces, not the event organizers.
They emailed me a "Rate Ur Event" for the Gold Cup Final by Ticketmaster. U could rate it 1 to 5, 1 being the low, 5 being the high. Take a guess what I gave the rating.
Because I spent almost $400 on tickets to attend a game and the service wasn't on par with other events I've attended. The Rose Bowl also heard from me.
Oh, well that explains the confusion then. Like I said, not TM or SHs deal. They are just ticket marketplaces. I assumed you contacted them because there was something they had control over or were responsible for.
