One week until the Final, might as well open this now! Hoping that Fernando will be fit for this one, but otherwise I don't have any injury complaints.

Here's a look back at our road to the Final:

Playoffs: Defeated Genk 7-2 on aggregate.

Group Stage: Finished first in Group L, ahead of Besiktas, Rapid Wien and CSKA Sofia.

Round of 32: Defeated Sevilla on the away goals rule; 2-2 on aggregate.

Round of 16: Defeated CSKA Moscow 3-1 on aggregate.

QF: Defeated Spartak Moscow 10-3 on aggregate.

SF: Defeated Villarreal 7-4 on aggregate.

    Let's become Champions!

Hope Fernando and Moutinho are fit.

I imagine we will win with ease! Hope that doesn't bite me in the ass though

    ******** yeah!

Me too. Sounds like Moutinho will be fine, but Fernando is a bigger concern.

    Haha, don't get too cocky!

I wouldn't count Braga out, they can be a solid defensive unit when they want to. I wouldn't be surprised if they just tried to soak up pressure.

i'll be cheering for Porto and the Colombian Trio of Falcao, Guarin and James.

All 3 will be very vital to winning the Euro Cup!

If Fernando is out, who would start in his place? Micael or Souza?

Seems like up front will be James, Hulk and Falcao.

and the backline will be Rolando, Otamendi, Perreria, Sapurnaru (sp)

    you think james over varela?

regardless the porto lineup will have much more quality in it, but we all know that doesn't rule the outcome. really wish i could go watch the game, guess ill just wait for the CL final next year :)

Good news, as Fernando and Moutinho are back in training and are likely to make the Final.

With Cristian Rodriguez injured, the only question for the Final is at left wing; does AVB go with Silvestre Varela or James Rodriguez?

Considering how Braga will park the bus, AVB might use the more technical James Bond.

Looks like for those of us in the US, this game will only be aired live on DirecTV Soccer Channel.
