What's the difference? I'd like to have 3 games (like Kaka1025) as well

1- Friendly vs Romania (or whichever nations)
2- Friendly vs FIFA or Europe XI
3- Friendly vs Brazil league XI

Ronaldo deserved 100caps for Brazil after what he has delivered to CBF cabinet: 1WC goldcup, 1WC silvercup, 2xCopaAmerica cups, 1Confed Cup, and 1 Olympic Bronze cup - in his 10yrs service

Because 2 of your games are not full intenrational, so he will be stuck on 98!

"1 Olympic Bronze Cup"? What is that!! No cup merely a medal............

Personally, I like to face a minnow where Ronaldo can notch up a few goals as well as register an official cap.

Well, if he scores 16 goals in the game then he beats Pele's record of 77 goals.

And why does 100 caps matter ? That's really just a meaningless number.

And BTW ... those 2 last games wouldn't count as an official cap.

Friendly against Romania is just fine for a farewell match. He will probably play a little over a half.

Cerezo and Ronaldo in the same team - that is heaven! 17 and scores 3x Atletico-MG.

Ronaldo will be honored at the Santiago Bernabeu in the game against Sporting Gijon a couple of weeks from now. I wonder how the fans will receive him.

He doesn't deserve to be honoured at Real. He was great, but legendary like Carlos, Raul or Casillas, no he wasn't.

That's a disgrace to someone like Carlos and Raul who are yet to be honoured. I can only put it down to the fact they are still playing perhaps.

Well...neither of them have retired. I do think RC needs to be honored. If he is not and Ronaldo is it's a disgrace. Raul will definitely be honored as soon as he stops. There is no question about it.

Wtf are you talking about? Most of real's former players (especially strikers) get some sort of recognition upon their retirement.

Iván Zamorano had one in 2003 when Real player Atletico, Heirro had one, ...etc.

RC and Raul will eventually get theirs...

WTF are you talking about? The point is if they are deemed worthy to claim such reconigtion.

Morientes, deserved it just as much as Ronaldo and never recieved anything of such. At least Morientes gave his all for the club, Ronaldo really let himself go in his final 2 seasons with Real.

It's more of a PR move then anything. If you were to visit spain and speak with the locals in Madrid, i guarentee a majority will disagree with Ronaldo's honor.

*I'm not knocking Ronaldo's legacy or talent, he was by some distance the best striker in the last decade* I reconise he is a legend and deserves his reconigtion, which is what Brazil are rightfully giving him.

Good point about Morientes. He just retired less than a year ago. Maybe they are waiting for Raul to retire so they can be honored together as they were a great duo for many years.

Didn't Madrid honor Van Nistelrooy not to long ago? The Ronaldo thing is not that big of a deal IMO.

    Priceless picture.
I also noticed a huge increase in weight since Ronaldo stopped but I was not surprised, and in fact I called it. Despite this huge weight increase, Ronaldo should still play, maybe not very long, but he should still play and be honored. I am just worried about his future.

It was pretty obvious, if he was gaining weight while he was still playing and training hard, he will gain weight 10x faster now that he is not doing those physical activities everyday...

He must take care, those excess weight will chop him a few days/weeks/months/years of his lifespan, if he is not careful.

It might be a better idea to do a non-official friendly with old friends like Zidane, Rivaldo, etc ...

It could be pretty embarrassing for him to be on the field in an official match.

And remember that now, since he is not playing professionally anymore, he can start taking the medicine required to treat his hypothyroidism condition

More than 1 hour of Ronaldo Fenomeno dribbling. I am amazed that someone was able to put this together. There are many plays in there from earlier in his career that I had never seen before. Good stuff !

    yeah it's a great video

    I know the uploader

    His name is Hosam,
a lot of players shared links to his videos on their fb/twitter when they were paying tribute to Ronaldo last year.

Unfortunately youtube has constantly been blocking his channel.
It has been 5-6 times now, where he had to re-upload everything!

Good stuff ... here is another one. Almost 4 hours

Seems like it has most of his goals (if not all). Although I had seen all his goals from Barca on, and some PSV ones, it seems to have all his goals at PSV and Cruzeiro...although I haven't counted them.
