Did anybody else get a call today that they might lose their seats if they dont renew by friday? I was planning on doing it by december so that I can still get one of those benefits listed, but that doesnt make much sense that december is still early enough to reieve an early renewal benefit but lose your current seats?

They want to open it up to the rest of the public - those who didn't have season tickets this year.

So they don't want to sit around and wait on your seats all offseason while you decide whether you want them again or not.

    Makes complete sense to me.

Don't worry, no one's gonna take your seats. It's not like RB's tix are a hot item in NYC.

I renewed mine in 226 but hoping to be upgraded to 126.

Is it true that some people in 126 were contacted by the team and given some talking about gicing them up because they attended very few games?

Id usually agree with this but my seats are in the first few rows so Id hate to lose those.

Renewed mine. Don't want to lose first row and like the inclusion of pub access.

I renewed as quickly as possible hoping to be able to move to an aisle seat in 126 (currently in 125, so it's not a hughe move). And pub access will be great for week night games when I won't usually have time to eat in Newark.

Does anyone have up-to-date figures on season tickets. When I spoke with my rep to buy 19 tickets for the conference final last week , my rep told me that 4k out of 10k renewed and there were 400 new deposits. I guess not a bad start. I assume that lots of people will renew this week

Since when are we at 10K?

The last number I heard many months back was somewhere around 8K (...which probably really meant somewhere closer to 7K).

Are we really at 10,000 season ticket holders?

I saw someone on bigsoccer say that Steve Cangeolisi said it during a recent broadcast. That's the only 'source' i have seen.

That may have been rounding up to the nearest 5000 for TV purposes.

    Anyone have an accurate number?

Always take things coming out of the FO with a grain of salt.

I had my 4 seats in the 1st row of 228, but given the much higher cost of renewals (also lost the youth ticket pricing), I am now pondering going to the lower level. The endline section opposite the supporters section or the corner flag sections are options.

Please give me your thoughts. I have a 7 yr old who will be 8 next season so I am a little concerned about him getting his view blocked too often.

I have been told that I could get a good low row seat in sections 117 to 119. Those are the lowest price seats or are corner flag seats that much better for the price such as 129 or 106 which are closer to the supporters section.

Please give me your thoughts also given my concerns about the view for my soon to be 8 yr old son.

Getting my first 2 season seats for next year. Looking to go 105 or 130. Sounds like i'll get to see where next week if they are finishing re-ups today.

I have heard an ugly rumor that PSL's may be being considered by management in order to help pay off the cost of building Red Bull Arena---i pray that this is not true......

It's getting to be where the average joe can only watch live sports on tv... =(

It'll never happen. Demand has to be at or beyond capacity before they can even imagine it. It would kill their ST sales.
