failed in my qualifier to go back to DIII after one season in IV....this was after 5 mediocre years in III before that.

I probably should blow the whole thing up but not sure I can keep my interest in a total rebuild.

I'm getting really tired of the match engine kicking my ass. Everything was pointing my way in the stats tonight and not only do I lose, I get blown out...

Same happened to me in my first game in D.V. I don't understand it, we beat them by 30 Hatstats, yet the predictor said I only had a 20% chance of winning. Lost 1-6. On paper, my boys should wipe the floor with them; my top 11 have double their TSI.

I'm down 3-1 to a counterattacking team that had 57% of the possession.

Yet, I counterattacked and had 2 chances the whole half.

    Lose. 5-1 FT.

Below are the rating. Do these mean anything anymore?

I am on the right. How do I give up 5 goals to a team that won 57% of possession and chose to counterattack?

    Midfield.............inadequate (low) weak (very low)
Right Def.............outstanding (low) passable (very low)
Central D.............brilliant (very high) outstanding (very low)
Left Def.............formidable (very high) formidable (very low)
    Right Attack.............inadequate (low) poor (high)
Central Attack.............inadequate (low) solid (very high)
Left Attack.............wretched (very high) weak (low)

Have you heard anything about this through the grapevine?

There must be some secret method that I am missing.

I saw you post that last night, since I'm a devout rangers follower....

but I looked at your match, the guy was like excellent (hi) to pass (low) or something in midfield dominance. That big a gap you can never feel comfortable, surprised you are so mad.

It's not the match itself, it's the fact that for the last season plus I've been getting screwed by the engine. Last night it was with injuries.

Injuries are one of my biggest beefs with the game, the amount of time out does not correlate with a 14 week season.

I see, and I'm pretty bored myself stuck back in IV...making one last big push this season before I either do the total rebuild or just quit.

I seem to get injuries only in the most meaningless games, too.

It wasn't when I left for work around 8 CST.

Seems like they completely screwed something up, lost the entire database. Maybe something funny will happen with the back up and I'll get my injured players back. :)

So let me get this straight: Hattrick goes down all night and most of the day, basically they finally get it going 3 hours before the scheduled Cup games giving me no opportunity to set my lineup, my regular starters are chosen, and in this game I was going to tank to avoid getting anyone hurt, my starting LW goes down.

OK, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything...

I'm with you. I finally get my lineup set, and then lose a home toss-up game and two starters for multiple weeks, thereby making much of this season meaningless since I can't replace them. Greeeeeaaat.

Unless Full.Tilt wants to roll over next week, Henderson United is going out in the 4th round. Hell of a run, and I'm excited to have the snot beaten out of my boys by a Major League Soccer team.
