    Got My Refund Yesterday

I bought tickets, through PMA-Supporters, for all USA matches. I subsequently decided not to go to the World Cup, so I put all my tickets up for sale and was lucky to sell them all.

I received a partial refund, for the Conditional Tickets (quarter final, semi-final and final), less a $10 service charge.

Tickets that were put up for resale, and subsequently sold, are processed separately. I was informed, by e-mail, that the remainder of the refund I am due was processed on the 17th of August for those tickets. These funds should be credited to my account in a couple of days.

It appears that the refund process is a little slow, but all refunds will be made very soon.

    My refund has hit!

I just checked my cc and the entire money has been refunded :). It shows a posting date of Aug 13 even though when I checked two days ago it did not show. It appears to be the exact dollar amount that I paid. Two separate transactions one for the exact tickets and the other for a foreign exchange credit $39.90.

So for those still waiting .... take heart its coming......

Now I can start saving for Brazil ;)

I finally got an e-mail telling me I am going to get a refund on my PMA tickets. The amount was less than I expected. I paid $704 for four category 1 tickets (purchased via USSF) and am only getting $620 back. What's odd is I got an e-mail yesterday telling me the refund had been unsuccessful, possibly due to bad payment details. That was before the e-mail that informed me I was going to be receiving $620. FIFA is very random in how they communicate. And no, so far I haven't received any refunds for the three ticket resales FIFA acknowledges.

Got an email today regarding the TST tickets that were sold and I'm so pissed off.
When I put them to sale I called MATCH and they told me that either I sell nothing or sell the whole TST. Nothing in between.

Today I found out that they are giving me money only for the group stage tickets!
They have'nt sold any of the elimination round tickets including the final.
I'm going to get 940 instead of 4940 USD.

Did that happen to anyone else ?

They gave me a wrong amount too. I called up FIFA in Switzerland and they said it was an error.

Wow. This worries me so much now. In the "my summary" page, did it tell you that the "amount to refund" was the full $4940?

Still 0 of 2 here. Haven't even got a mail from them regarding my $1400 TST4 tickets.

Is it still possible to logon to see the status in the FIFA pages? Does anybody have the direct link?

Also, I would appreciate it if somebody can give me the number to the bastard's office in Switzerland

This is really bad news. I've never vocally (or textually) complained about FIFA on here, but I can't believe there's no one we can go to that can make FIFA pay for this.

I finally had my PMA resale tickets refunded. They've made a mistake though and my $350 refund is $100 less (even after considering all the FIFA fees $$)

My refund came through yesterday, 19th Aug (to my CC).
This was for 3 x TST-5. Overall payment was USD 2353.00, and have been refunded USD 2110.00
This was down to the deduction of TST fee (10%), and USD 20.00 admin.

At least I got somehting back.

I'm still waiting on my refund as well, although I *finally* got an additional email from "Prinisha Pillay" stating that there is no timeframe for how long it can take.

(My initial purchase caused a fraud alert, which meant that I had to cancel the old card & get a new one. I had updated this information thru the website long ago, but I'm still skeptical as to if they'll attempt the refund thru the new card as opposed to the old, canceled one.)

She also gave an additional email address for further queries:

    escalated-ticket-enquiries@2010fwctc.com

I doubt it does much to resolve the ongoing issues, but at least it is a quasi-reply.

Thanks, FIFA. I'm losing respect for you by the day.

That happened to me too. I don't know what to do. On the "My Summary" page it every ticket apeared as SOLD, but now they are only refunding 4 out of 6 tickets, or $320 less.
I've sent emails to every single address I found of FIFA.com. Let's hope this is only an error.

    Me too.

    I resold 2 cat1 TST6, total 12tix.
    $3160 - $20 = "$3140" was shown in "my summary" page.

But I got an e-mail that says just resold 8 tickets and refund is $2500.....

Just when I thought the FIFA ticketing fiasco was coming to an end, they seem to have decided to take it to a whole new level.

There is NO WAY they can justify notifying people that their tickets were sold, and confirming the amount of the refund on the website, and then changing their minds a few weeks after the World Cup is over.

Woke up to their email saying 10 out of my 12 (TST-6) tickets were sold. I'm only getting $2320 out $2848 that I paid (and $2560 that was to be refunded based on FIFA website).

I got the first of my 2 re-sales back. It was what they said it would be (full amount minus the $20) but did they ever kill me on the exchange rate. They were a complete decimal point (tenth) off on the conversion rate  I guess I should just be happy I am getting most of it back unlike some of you here.

    ********ing bastards!

I just got the same mail as everyone here. Looks like they are trying to scam us for about 30 % of the amount

We confirm 6 tickets were successfully resold, and therefore for request ID xxxxxxxx a refund of USD1020 is due

My tickets were sold for 1485!!!

Again, the website doesn't show the details.
    They are AGAIN "processing refunds".

I wonder what kind of surprise they have for us next ...

I have the same problem. TWO CATEGORY 1 TST tickets, but they emailed me saying only $300 refund even though I paid 1056. FIFA IS A FACKIGN SCAM. It better be a mistaken. I wish I screen captured the old refund message saying I was due 900 something. These guys are facking bullshlt.
