It was indeed Terry. Happened right after his goal, when Son didn't get to the ball in time and the two clashed. Allegedly no foul play, just bad luck. Son didn't notice the injury until after the game, when (probably the adrenaline wore off and) he had to be supported on his way back to the dressing room.

Even when Terry doesn't mean to be a jackass, he still is.

It sounded like it was a standard surgery rather than my feers of lisfranc or ripped tendons. Lets hope the healing goes smoothly and he's back on the pitch before winter.

i just hope they dont rush him back in too quickly. i rather have him go through a full recovery and play even if it means missing a good number of games. he's looking to be a major prospect for WC 2014

I think HSV isn't looking for Son to be the catalyst to a top table spot and he'd be more valuable playing out the next X years so I suspect they'd agree. Hopefully Son has the patience and maturity to wait the full healing time rather than being overenthusiastic in his return.

Not that it matters really, but it wasn't Terry but Carvalho who collided with Son, thus causing the injury. So sorry for my premature allegation.

Ah yes, that's what I've heard as well. He has to wear a special shoe for a while now, though.

i figured wr is just for the lulz :p

suk might see some minutes on sunday now that sulejmani has been send on loan to west ham and suarez is not eligible.

apart from heung-min i really like the looks of the korean striker/midfielder at celtic, he's probably the best of the bunch from what i've seen although i hope suk will beat them ofcourse.

Yes he has the time on his side, but it stills saddens me by the fact that he actually cried hearing upon the injury.

This is the final straw. John Terry needs to be banned from football.

Cheating on someone else's wife is NOTHING compared to injuring our Son.
