Well, Spain is famous for scoring goals in the last 5 minutes.

I agree to the extent that that is the only statistic that matters in the end. But I think we are having a different discussion.

I'd love to see one more goal from the Swiss before this is over.

Torres has killed a lot of attacks.

And that is why I agree with those saying the Swiss deserve the 3 points here. They have 100% thrown the Spaniards off of their game. And, honestly, the 2nd half hasn't been an all-out "bunker" either, just really good defense.

I'm not counting Spain out yet, but the Swiss have played a wonderful match.

That's nonsense. The only thing spain has done better is dive and play keepy uppy with each other. Swiss have looked better attacking and defending.

Fernando Torres just lost control of the ball. I already said it before. Its to blame on the damn JABULANI. I NEVER saw so many good players losing control of the ball like that! Its happening a lot in ALL matches...

some here on Bigsoccer were bashing the brazilians for complaining about the ball, but the World Cup is really proving this ball sucks.

I agree as to the tactics discussion and again, I don't think the Swiss have stolen anything. I just can't see how a team that dominates play and produces more chances doesn't "deserve" to win. If you guys disagree, so be it.

why? the game became a bore to watch. Spain plays like Swiss ...
and we are not looking charity to see poor countries advance ... that has nothing to do with beauty of the game

The Swiss went into this match the underdogs, and have managed to shut down a team of superstars and even score on them. Clearly the Swiss have earned a win, if they beat Spain.

Anyone who says this game won't be remembered is crazy. Upset of the tournament so far if this result holds.

If Spain can't win the group, they'll play Brazil in the round of 16.

You're bored by this? Seriously? Wow, I don't know what to say.

The first half sucked, I agree, but this is one of the best games I've ever seen.

    5 minutes added?

FIVE MinuteS? Fifa's clearly trying to hand Spain a huge mulligan there.
