I'm scanning for #37 cat 4, which are showing as available, but nothing is happening

 

Well I'm flying from dallas but i dont want to spend over 2500 dollars dang it i dont know what to do. So I wont be able to get a refund for my tickets?


whats the cheapest way to get a flight?

 

how do i resell my tickets if I cant pick them up in south africa?

 

I just noticed 4 blocks of Match 61 cat 3 tickets coming up in the scanner and going in a flash. Are you guys still using the scanner to buy more tickets? Or is this the good old F5 at work?

 

you follow the ticketing resale links on the FIFA site, but bizarely you usually have click buy tickets before you can sell them!
The page has changed today and seems more difficult to figure!
There is however, no guarantee that they will sell

 

I would advise waiting until tomorrow or Sunday before using the resale option. It was ropey enough before there were masses of tickets for sale and today's system down time that followed!

 

I just snagged a CAT 3 to the opening match! I'm just as obsessed as everyone else!

 

Its crazy.

Really is like fishing. I try to catch something rare, get the alarm and throw it back!

 

Here they are, I as well as many others here got the same block (227) for the final with the scanner

 

Best part is, I wasn't using the scanner!

 

I'm in 227. row A for the final. Is anyone else there or thereabouts?

 

I wouldn't have the patience to do that!

 

I have been upgrading my Cat 4's from nosebleed to Level 2 and will give away the nosebleeds.

Unfortunately, it is hard to know for each stadium which seats are just not worth having, though for Cape Town, Durban and Soccer City, it is fairly obvious but less so for the smaller venues like Port Elizabeth.

But it is extraordinary that P.E. had all yellows and greens for every single match today and they are still re-classifying seats as we go along.

I'm in block 228 for the final. Looks like everyone using the scanner went for the same sections!

 

Cool, we should all get t shirts made up saying "I'm here thanks to Scorpyn's Scanner" and wear them to make us identifiable!

I got 228. Just not sure I will use it yet!!

Hey you lucky guys, congrats on getting those elusive final tickets. Unfortunately the system crashed as I was about to confirm my 2 tickets for the final....in fact it was quite weird cos I got a text confirming payment and then a minute later another text stating that the payment was reversed. As the system had crashed, I did not get any confirmation number

If any of you have 2 spares for the final, I will be most appreciative to take em off you!

And Scorpyn, thank you for this most exciting scanner!!

It seems to me like the biggest party will be:

11th July - Soccer City Stadium - Block 228

 

Nah, it'll be in block 227, geddit right!

 

There doesn't appear to be any issues using the scanner to buy cat 4 tickets.

But I did use an ID that was set up as a SA resident!
