Anyone know where the Pretoria bus stop (non-stadium) will be located?

No! I've got tickets for the bus from Pretoria to Rustenburg, but it doesn't say where you have to catch it, brilliant.

Update: Just had an email back...
Update: OK, Church Street doesn't go past the City Hall, hmm.

Update: So I queried it, and I'm told
Locals, am I being thick here?

Slightly but you are excused! The bus terminus is on Church square in the centre of town. Used to be that Church road going past the square was blocked to traffic (except buses). Look on www.streetmaps.co.za - Church street (you will find hundreds but get Pretoria or Tshwane's Church street) and see where it crosses Paul Kruger.

Ps - close to the national zoo - if you have to catch the bus in the afternoon why not spend the morning at the zoo - very nice there.

Possibly you are underestimating how thick I'm being.

I can see where you mean, Church Square, where Paul Kruger crosses Church Street. There's a bus terminus in the South West corner, looks good.

And that's not where Pretoria City Hall is, right?

    Because I've just found this
    http://www.gauteng.net/2010/index.php/2010-transport/host-cities/city-of-tshwane
    (yet another webpage) that says

Maybe the City Hall parking is not by the City hall? The Old city hall (Raadsaal) used to be on the square - maybe that is why they still call the parking area the City hall parking? Just look for lost tourists in soccer shirts - I am sure you will find the spot then! Will phone them next week to confirm

The Old City Hall! Why didn't I think of that??
OK, it seems to make sense now, thanks very much.

Has anyone else bought tickets from Strictly Tickets?

I purchased them (bus to Rustenburg and back for England v USA) a few weeks ago but for the last couple of days I've been trying to log into my account so I can print the tickets out. I've logged in once before fine but now it isn't letting me (not the wrong password as its the same one i use for everything)

I've emailed Strictly tickets but had no response.

Anyone else having problems? And doers anyone know if they will have a list with names on or is it essential to print off a ticket?

    Thanks

Anyone else on the bus from Joburg to Rustenburg tomorrow? The tickets are a bit unclear. It states Or Tambo to Rustenburg but also mentions Westgate and Sandton but doesn't say whether it will also pick up from these places and/or what time?

From what I understand that there are different buses, each one leaving from Jo'burg city, Pretoria and the airport...

    Where are you travelling from?

The basic pickup points are on Page 1 of this thread, except Pretoria (doesn't get a mention, even on the tickets) where the pickup point should be Church Square.

If that's not enough detail and nobody else here knows, then email jeannie.millington@wamar.com
