Feisty bunch aren't they, these Monarch Butterflies? I can't wait to see this sh$t in person and provide a little attitude adjustment training.....

Melia had at least 4-5 saves that had Andrew excited, he was definitely MOM even though Tom pulled a Lord Byron (Alvarez) and punk'd the GK. Andrew also reported one foul we comitted was actually inside the PA and should have been a PK but was placed outside for only a free kick. After the final whistle, sounded like some player unpleasantries were brewing when the radio broke for a commercial & Andrew didn't mention anything more when they came back. Hope that didn't turn into anything. You can still get carded after the whistle. We were very fortunate to get the W, it sounded like a typical USL slugfest, we have to be beat up after that. Take their 3 points and get out of town. Get on the bus, down a handful of Advil, go to sleep and wake up in Charleston.

Back from the game - I havent' honestly seen any of you guys, but I obviously understand... CHS team came up by coach, there was an old-type bus with Alabama (?) plate parked right outside the stadium.
The match was decent, both teams really gave it in and didn't spare any energy. The goal came from a huge mistake of MD goalkeeper, who tried to dribble the attacker two meters away from the goal, lost the ball and your #9 could score. The match perhaps could have ended in a tie, it would probably have been a more fair result, but you can tell CHS has definitively more experience and a really good defense. Forza Charleston!!

Hi M.M.! The crowd was maybe some ~150~200 people or so, there were a lot of children (although the match didn't start till 7:30) because Real MD gave away a lot of free tickets to elementary schools for the children indeed and one parent. I also took advantage of it and took my children to the match. I guess real MD figured out that it was better to have a decently crowded stadium with a lot of children and free tickets rather than an empty one with just a few paying folks here and there - being the match on a tuesday night. To be honest, I haven't noticed about fights among players at the end of the game, but it's possible, the last minutes of the game were very tense and one Real MD player was red carded.
