nope....did not shut anyone he has a small recreational ranch, paso-fino horses near a Sugar Mill Processing plant, he has to go thru a security ck point to get to his property every time he visits. It seems he was intoxicated- alcohol and along with friends try to bully his way into his ranch, by waiving a gun and shoting several times (32) some security barricade set by a private security firm (they sue him in a court of Law)....then he decided to use his car as a weapon too, and broke the bar set to stop cars...... now the sentence came around....the incident was last month
The security guard did not let him in to his own property, so he shot at the security cabin 30 times. blah blah blah.... The moron, didn't go to court and sent a fax to the court saying he was out of town doing business in bogota or something (and everyone had seen him in tulua earlier). Ja ja ja... the moron he told to send the fax, sent if from an office in tulua, that was across the street from the court house.... hence the sentence.

Dude i was just joking... (it just amazed me because this was WORLD news at the times, even my grand mother remembers this goal). Jeez.. don't take to the heart.
