I don't think I'd ever seen a player actually try to headbutt the ref before . . .

Well he is England Captain and England's lion. I think that means he is free to take any woman he wants.

That child will be half crocked half LION.

With England's lionheart, it's not rape/infidelity. It's called "getting lucky".

Logically, it must have been a group scenrio involving either Carvalho and Essien or Ferdinand and Barry. After all, he only ever seems to do anything well when they're around to help.

Watching that now, anyone know why the pitch markings are red?

They paint them if there is snow. But don't know if it's snowing today.

Cheers, there's a bit of sleet/watery snow about by looks of it, although chunks of thicker stuff are falling off the stand roof every so often. Good idea if the snow was to settle but a little difficult to make out some of the lines (from the tv at least) if it doesn't. Probably a different story at pitch level.

Anyone, really. Rooney I say. ********, give it to James Milner, anyone but Terry. Save some decency for an already disgraced xenophobic and obnoxious nation.

Rio makes the most sense, but is there any doubt it would be Gerrard?

Gerrard would probably make the most sense, aside from Rio. I wouldn't mind seeing Lampard get the armband.

    If Rio doesn't, Lampard should.

If John Terry still holds onto his captaincy after this.....Mark my words....He would still be captian even if a half naked photo of him and some other WAG or ex-WAG he's screwing pops up in a magazine.....
